Peaceful Easy Feeling is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home located in a tranquil setting in Forest Lakes. You will love the serenity of the neighborhood lake that’s surrounded by nature trails. Enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by tall pines from the large covered back patio, then relax in the evening on the covered balcony accessible from either the side entry foyer or master suite. Once you arrive you'll be greeted with soaring 12ft ceilings accented with custom ceiling cross beams and gorgeous hardwood flooring. The bright, white gourmet kitchen will please any chef with its top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, solid quartz countertops, and upgraded Florida cottage interior trim detail. Sleeping a maximum of 12 guests, there are two queen guest bedrooms and a king master bedroom on the main floor, and an enclosed bunk room down the stairs on the first floor with two twin-over-full bunkbeds, as well as a sofa sleeper in the living area. The king master suite boasts a spacious bathroom with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate tile shower. 

Hop on the bikes and head to the beach, relax by the two community pools, or enjoy a stroll around the lake! You are sure to enjoy all the nearby attractions, especially Gulf Place Town Center. Forest Lakes neighborhood has an idyllic setting overlooking a peaceful lake with thousands of acres of state forest bordering the community. Completely secluded and quiet, it's hard to believe Highway 30A is just down the road and offering quick access to all the amenities you could desire in this South Santa Rosa Beach location. The recently renovated community pools offer for a relaxing dip after a long day at the beach. Make memories on the fishable lake, that's catch and release, and there's also a lovely covered picnic area with grills, as well as a playground for the kiddos. Blue Mountain Beach is just to the east, and the shops, entertainment and dining venues of Gulf Place Town Center are a short drive to the west. Incredible white sand beaches are a few minutes down the road.

Area Attractions:

This is a fantastic location with Gulf Place Town Center only 1.5 miles to the West and Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Seaside, Seacrest and Rosemary Beach just minutes away to the East. Biking is a great activity to enjoy as the scenic bike path meanders along 30A. Bike over to Blue Mountain Beach Creamery for some homemade scoops that will have your taste buds coming back! You'll have an array of dining options to choose from! 

30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17 mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous, there are activities for everyone; kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
