This is a cute, spacious 1bdrm unit complete with community pool & location. Located ocean block. Walk everywhere.... I'm sure you've heard that before!....In Dewey you can always walk everywhere from anywhere! That makes Dewey unique! Amenities include Pool, DW/shared WD/CAC. 1Queen, & LR SS. Off season rentals need to be confirmed with owner for availability. Pool normally does not open til Memorial Day weekend and closes Labor Day weekend. Please note.....you can request off season rentals, however, we do need to confirm availability before Memorial Day & Labor Day with the property owner. Condo Association does not permit group rentals, smoking or grilling on the premises and no pets.

Please Note: Lease will be emailed from a local real estate company. There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy separately which is stated in the lease agreement.

Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information.

Tenants need to provide their own linens, towels & paper products. Ask your agent or our office for linen package options.

In addition, VRBO policy is not able to collect the Dewey Beach accommodations tax of 3% This amount will be noted in your lease and is payable directly to Crowley via check, debit or credit card.
