An incredible family home on a quiet street. This home is centrally located and is close to the Biltmore and Fashion Square shopping districts. Old Town in Scottsdale is just minutes away...as well as numerous amazing restaurants. Backyard is extremely private, gorgeous outdoor sitting area with outdoor wood burning fireplace, heated pool and hot tub!
Feel free to use our 2 complimentary bikes to ride the canal bike/pathway.
We also as an option can add in Pool Heat for your stay.
Dog(s) are welcome. Pet fee of $35 per dog per night.
Note: This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term registration number for this property is 2021-1141

If you are looking for a great away...a nice quiet neighbourhood that is located close to all of the most amazing Restaurants and Shopping that Phoenix has to offer...this is the place. We are also minutes from the Canal pathway system...great for a morning walk, run, or a bike ride on one of our two complimentary bikes.

Private backyard...peaceful quiet neighbours. A great place to unwind and relax. We do not allow parties in the home. House can be described as a Spanish Farmhouse Style, with big open vaulted ceilings...Restoration Hardware Furniture including a large Cloud Sectional...so cozy! Kitchen is a chefs area...double islands, large Fridge and Freezer plus a wine fridge. Gas Chefs Stove/Oven.
