You are also a very short walk to our largest park in town, Condon Park. It has a disc golf course, good trails, and a dog park.

What a lovely little gem so glad we had the opportunity to stay! This cottage is cozy and welcoming to my husband and I with two pups! Everything was nicely appointed, we really enjoyed our stay! The yard is clean and secure we did not have worry about letting our dogs outside. Would definitely recommend this property!

This cottage is so adorable and has everything you need for your stay! It is very clean, has a great front yard and back porch/yard area, coffee and tea bar, snacks to get you started, and it’s really close to downtown area. Perfect to walk into downtown area for shopping and dining. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. I would definitely recommend it and I will stay here again!

Golden Experience in Gold Country

We felt fortunate to find this spot on our visit to see friends in Grass Valley. Great location for exploring the area. Enjoyed observing hummingbirds at the porch feeder, especially when they perched in the mature redwood in the front yard. We would choose this property when we visit again.

Perfect Cottage

My daughter & I took a quick weekend trip home to Nev Co and Quartz Cottage was the perfect cottage for us to go in/out of. Great location, cozy decor. Loved it!

Great location, walking distance to the Fairgrounds, Downtown and Condon Park. The park has a disk golf course, a nice amount of trails and a dog park. You have the whole house with fenced in yard. It is a great place to cook full meals or use as your home base to enjoy all the dining Nevada County has to offer.
