The cozy condo is very comfortable and location is ideal. It’s nicely decorated with all necessities on hand. A short walk to the grocery store and downtown shops and restaurants. Will definitely book again!

Cozy cottage stay

Wonderful stay. Everything was easy and great. Loved the country decor and the reading books. We were so thankful for the coffee! The condo is downtown with easy walking to food and entertainment. We especially loved the pasties and the Olive grove store with its spectacular selection of olive oils and vinegars along with a Sunday visit to the 170yo Emmanuel Episcopal Church.

Perfect comfort

This was our second stay. Great location with easy walk to downtown. Shopping and eateries within minutes. Comfortable home with attention to detail like pillows for picky sleepers and a fabulous shower.

The condo was exactly what was represented and what we were looking for. We were in Grass Valley for the 50th Annual Father's Day Bluegrass Festival. Great location for exploring Grass Valley and hiking trails in the area. We could walk to the Festival as well. The condo was very comfortable and I look forward to renting again, the next time we are in Grass Valley.

Perfect spot near everything

This was just the property we were looking for, and it was as advertised in every way. We particularly enjoyed how close it was to downtown, and how quiet it was. I would gladly stay here again.

Wonderful Downtown Stay

Such a great spot! We stayed over the 4th of July. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay again! The check in and checkout process was seamless. Very responsive host and easy directions with parking right in front. Place was adorable as well! So clean and comfortable!

We love this truly cozy condo! It is walking distance from downtown and wonderful restaurants. The condo is very clean, beds are super comfortable and the place is quiet. My family was very comfortable and appreciated all of the amenities in the home to meet all of our needs!

Great stay and walkable to town!

We had a great stay at Deidre’s place. The townhome is better than even on th photographs, and a block from downtown Grass Valley. We love to walk so it was perfect for us and our small dog. The house is cozy, but enough room for a couple or up to 4 people. Also loved the cute back area with a grill and outdoor seating!

Raised from early childhood in this beautiful, foothill community of Grass Valley. Dating back to the 1800’s this historic old gold mining town was a great place to grow up. Still living in the area, though I love to travel myself to see and explore other areas of the world, Grass Valley is a good fit for me. So as an adult I ventured into real estate, purchasing this condominium and then deciding and wanting to make it the best it can be for those visiting this quaint, country town of Grass Valley.

I chose to purchase this property, because I wanted something right in town. It’s the BEST location! A 2 minute walk and you are in town center on quaint Historic Mill Street in Grass Valley. A beautiful place to be.
