Lovely cottage type vibe

Another great stay

We love this truly cozy condo! It is walking distance from downtown and wonderful restaurants. The condo is very clean, beds are super comfortable and the place is quiet. My family was very comfortable and appreciated all of the amenities in the home to meet all of our needs!

Wonderful Downtown Stay

Such a great spot! We stayed over the 4th of July. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay again! The check in and checkout process was seamless. Very responsive host and easy directions with parking right in front. Place was adorable as well! So clean and comfortable!

Great location in Grass Valley

This was a great place to stay near downtown Grass Valley, which is a super cute town that was fun to explore. The only things we'd improve is maybe better fans in the upstairs bedrooms (the AC didn't seem to circulate as well up there) and a full size trash in the kitchen so we didn't have to make so many trips. We had a good time and would stay here again.

We Just Keep Coming Back to Cozy Condo

We love staying at the Cozy Condo. It’s cute with updated decor, plenty of room, and is always clean. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, and is walking distance to the fun downtown. Deidra is very helpful and responds quickly to inquiries. It’s no wonder we keep coming back to the Cozy Condo!

Great for family

Not a thing to complain about! We were super satisfied with the location, the condo itself, and the entire rental process with Deidra. My husband, our baby and my dad all had plenty of room, despite the condo being “cozy.” We would definitely stay here again.

This place is amazing and the hosts thought of EVERYTHING!! It is beautifully decorated, has ALL the amenities, the “town central” is a 3-5 minute walk. We loved Grass Valley — full of local fare, cute shops, wine tasting and balsamic tastings. Beds super comfortable, a very spacious home. Hats off to the Hosts — they made our stay easy, comfortable, and fun. 😊

Home away from home

We could not be happier with our stay in Grass Valley. The property was very clean, warm & welcoming. Charming decor, comfortable beds and all the amenities of home were offered. Our host even provided Starbucks K-cups for the Kuerig! The private outdoor patio was a bonus which allowed us time to enjoy the outdoors in a quiet peaceful setting. The location couldn’t be more perfect, just one block away from the downtown area yet situated in a quiet neighborhood. We would highly recommend booking Cozy Condo you won’t be disappointed!

Easy and relaxing

This cozy condo is aptly named. Deirdre thought of everything guests would need to be comfortable. There is no guesswork with booking, arriving, staying and departing. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, clothing and book stores no more than a 5-minute walk. Our first full day in Grass Valley it poured rain. Typically this is not what I’d want on a short getaway, but because of the coziness of the condo, it was a relaxing day and I’ll go back to this place often.

Absolutely Perfect!

The pictures don't do the Cozy Condo justice! Absolutely beautiful, spacious and spotlessly clean. Close to everything. It really is a 3 minute walk to everything. The condo has everything you need. We usually stay at the Gold Miner's Inn but if this gem is availble is availble the next time we visit it is our go to place! Thank you Deidra!

It Truly is a. COZY CONDO!!

We were three adult family members staying for 5 nights. The condo was very clean, plenty of supplies including K-cups. The beds were more comfortable than home! The location is sooo walkable, from grocery store, to friendly bars and restaurants. We got to enjoy the Thursday Farm market, and a Car Show on Saturday. Availability of our host was immediate, answering on the first ring. If you ever have the pleasure of staying in Grass Valley, you will noy be disappointed with Cozy Condo Thank you Deidra !!

Cozy cottage stay

Wonderful stay. Everything was easy and great. Loved the country decor and the reading books. We were so thankful for the coffee! The condo is downtown with easy walking to food and entertainment. We especially loved the pasties and the Olive grove store with its spectacular selection of olive oils and vinegars along with a Sunday visit to the 170yo Emmanuel Episcopal Church.

The condo was exactly what was represented and what we were looking for. We were in Grass Valley for the 50th Annual Father's Day Bluegrass Festival. Great location for exploring Grass Valley and hiking trails in the area. We could walk to the Festival as well. The condo was very comfortable and I look forward to renting again, the next time we are in Grass Valley.

Perfect comfort

This was our second stay. Great location with easy walk to downtown. Shopping and eateries within minutes. Comfortable home with attention to detail like pillows for picky sleepers and a fabulous shower.

Raised from early childhood in this beautiful, foothill community of Grass Valley. Dating back to the 1800’s this historic old gold mining town was a great place to grow up. Still living in the area, though I love to travel myself to see and explore other areas of the world, Grass Valley is a good fit for me. So as an adult I ventured into real estate, purchasing this condominium and then deciding and wanting to make it the best it can be for those visiting this quaint, country town of Grass Valley.

I chose to purchase this property, because I wanted something right in town. It’s the BEST location! A 2 minute walk and you are in town center on quaint Historic Mill Street in Grass Valley. A beautiful place to be.
