Lovely home but…
There were some issues with the rental which is why I am only giving it 4 stars and not 5. The worst issue was discovery of a total of three bee hives on the two balconies. The property manager did address the issue within hours of reporting it to her but we were unable to use the balconies for the day. Another issue was the grill on the property was old and rusty and unusable. The property manager said we could use the grill on the adjoining property but the family there was using it and did not clean it after they used it. There was also a broken chair arm on one of the chairs on the 1st floor balcony. The coffee maker was faulty and hard to use. I advised the property manager she should replace it. There was no broom to sweep the kitchen floor with so we asked to borrow the neighbors broom. There were no beach towels provided so we had to purchase them. I find that strange given it is a beach rental. These issues prevent me from giving it a 5 star rating.
