Beautiful vacation home, great for larger groups

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful vacation home. We were an extended family of 10. Amazing views, good location, clean, spacious. Lots of seating and space to spread out, the 4 bathrooms and extra beds were helpful. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the foosball and air hockey tables and also being able to park in the garage in case of bad weather. House is well maintained and check in/out process was easy. Would recommend. FYI- We visited in the spring, but if you stay in the winter you’d need 4 wheel drive given there are some steeper streets to get to the house. All are paved though.

Thanks for your feedback Billy. We're very sorry that we had to move you for a couple of nights, to a much more upgraded property with a hot tub and several additional amenities, so we could repair something at the property before moving you back to the original place. You ended up staying at the other property for 2 nights, not one because you enjoyed it so much. We did move you within about 1 hour of you guys arriving to the original property, to an upgraded property for a short duration of time, and then moved you back once the repair was taken care of. We're sorry for any inconvenience.

Mountain Breeze

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is absolutely gorgeous! The rooms were spacious the furniture was lovely and comfortable. The only downfalls were that there was only one towel per person which means we had to wash every night. And we had to buy our own toilet paper. Which wouldn’t of been a big deal if we didn’t known about it ahead of time. We did have some issues with some outdoor plug-ins and couldn’t get anyone from the rental agency to answer a phone calls But those are minor inconveniences and we had a great time and enjoy our 4 wheeler vacation. And we never did figure out why they didn’t mow the lawn? But It did give the deer something to eat in the morning

Thanks for your feedback Sherrie, it's certainly appreciated. We would have been happy to run up more TP with a request, but we looked through all of our communication and didn't see any. We provide 2 extra rolls per bathroom and that's usually enough for a 4 night stay. Thanks again for staying.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the house was beautiful. The grandchildren enjoyed all the games that were in the house. There was plenty of room for us. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. We had 12 family members in the house but only had 9 bath towels provided so that was an issue. Also all 3 propane tanks were empty when we arrived so could not use the grill or fire pit until someone left 1 the next day after we contacted them by text message. The fire pit never did get used as the connection was broken. A big disappointment for the grandkids. Leaving messages on the phone number provided was not possible since the mailbox recording said the mailbox was full. The house was pretty clean but the yard was not maintained. Lots of deer and wild turkeys in the area which was fun to watch. Close grocery store was nice. The directions to the house were clear and key code worked.

The PROPERTY was clean and very nice. The PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY that we communicated with refused to provide an itemized bill and did not identify OR communicate why they withheld 100 of the 500 deposit we paid. They only stated that when we signed the rental agreement it provided an itemized statement however, after our stay the link to that rental agreement was no longer valid and could not be opened. When we all operate on our phones and don't print anything off, you would think a company would be accommodating. However, it is easier to rip people off when you don't provide information to them to question. I will NOT be booking through this property management company again. Renters beware! Additionally, we were pulling a 24 foot enclosed trailer and the photos and description did not indicate how steep the roads and parking was for the property which created issues for us.

Thanks for your feedback Lori, but I'm not sure what you're talking about. You received several rental agreements for your stay, fully itemized for your reservation, and also received your $400 damage deposit refund in full. It's unfortunate you blatantly lied in your review, but thanks again for staying. I'll send over your itemized reservation information again, for the 4th time.

The house was great!

The house was exactly what we were expecting. We were surprised with the paper products that were stocked like tissues, toilet paper and paper plates, as well as dishwasher detergent and hand soap in all the bathrooms. We loved the deck and fire pit table. We found fire roasting sticks under the huge grill so we were able to have s’mores. The kids liked all the game tables. Our only negative was the basement, that had all the guest rooms but one, was really cold at night. Thankfully we found plenty of extra blankets in the closets.
