About this space
Come enjoy Bethany Beach which is only 4 miles away. Our home is a Brand New 5 bedroom 3 Bath home located in Bishop’s Landing. It is furnished to sleep up to 12 people comfortably. The house is located across the street from the community clubhouse, pool and playground. The neighborhood offers 3 pools, 2 clubhouses with workout facilities, tennis and basketball courts, pool table, ping pong, nature trails, picnic tables, fire pits and more. (Some amenities may not be available due to Covid).

* * Available from October - May for Monthly rentals. $2500 per month plus cleaning fee.

The space
We have space for the entire family.
-Master suite, 4 guest bedrooms, sleeper sofa and pack & play. This home easily accommodates 12 guests.
-Fully equipped kitchen with seating for 3 at the island
–Farmhouse style kitchen table for seating up to 10
-Parking: Garage (1 car), driveway (2 cars) and additional parking across the street at the community clubhouse
-Sit back and relax in the very spacious living room that is equipped with a 75” SmartTV and enough seating for the whole family
-Mesh WiFi blankets the whole house with high speed internet
-Full Size Washer and Dryer
-Covered patio that backs up to open space perfect for watching the sunset
-Gas Grill
