Enjoy this beautiful condo on Little Lagoon with private beach just steps away. Unit offers large kitchen with living room and new dining table, 2 bedrooms (King in master and Queen in guest room), 2 bathrooms and sleeper sofa. Washer/dryer included inside unit. Relax on the private balcony overlooking one of two Olympic size pools plus 2 kiddie pools. Complex offers boat slips, private boat launch and picnic area with grilles. Fish from the pier, enjoy kayaking, swimming and boating in the Lagoon or have fun at the beach-all in one great location.

Perfect Location with Excellent Management

This rental location is perfect. The bay is directly behind with multiple docks for fishing or boat parking, and the beach is immediately across the street with an access path that is only for Sea Oats guests. The actual rental space wasn't fancy but everything was in perfect working order and clean. What this unit lacks in fancy bells and whistles it more than makes up for in the amount and quality of the extra stuff: plentiful plates and silverware, Good quality cookware, oodles of food storage for inevitable left overs, all the cooking utensils anyone would need, soft towels, thorough and reasonable information packet, and laundry baskets. We had a couple very minor issues but the property managers were very responsive, quick to resolve the issue, and apologetic even though the issues were minor. It was very nice to be talking to individuals who obviously care rather than some huge management company that connects you with a different employee for every message. I will definitely look to stay with them again in the future.

Bad odor and poor amenities

The decor was nice, but fixtures were very outdated including stove, faucets, etc. Moldy smell. Others in same building did not smell. One trash bag for a week, one soap and one TP per room. Towels were paper thin No beach accessories. Others in complex had full beach gear. Beach access was very nice, pools were nice. Host was nice.

Perfect for the whole family!!!

We were very pleased with the convenience of the property. There were things to do for all of us. Those that wanted to spend the days on the beach which was a very short walk took less than 1 min. Those that wanted to lounge at the very nice pool and mostly my husband and son was very pleased with the ability to fish off the private pier which was located a few steps from the condo. Love love it. We will definitely be back.

Place was very clean. All the amenities you could need right at your fingertips. Plenty of room to roam. Direct access to the beach. Pool located right outside. I especially liked how quiet it was

Room issues

Everything was good except for the hallway leading to our door. There was mold on the walls ( which they did come up and clean halfway through the week) and the carpet reeked of animal urine. More towels for a week stay would have been nice.

Everything was great except the stairs!

We had an amazing time at this place. It was very accommodating. Only wish it would have had an elevator! The beach access was just across the street which was very nice.

Excellent place to stay!!

Sea Oats is an awesome place to stay. We stayed in F204,it has plenty of space to move around at least a 1000 sq ftwas very very clean,and has everything you need to have a great vacation!! Will definitely be back!! A perfect 10!!!!

Relaxing at the beach

We enjoyed spending time at the white sand beach on the Gulf. It was a quick walk across the street. The condo was cozy and comfortable. We had a nice, relaxing week.

We enjoyed our stay!!

The condo was in a wonderful pet/kid friendly location with a very short walk to the beach. We definitely enjoyed the condo…. The only complaint from the family was that we were on the 2nd floor and the walk up the stairs with luggage/groceries got old LOL but that definitely wouldn’t keep us from coming back. The kids found a collection of board games and I enjoyed watching them occupy their down time with something other than electronics 😜 We really loved our stay and we had an amazing trip!! We are already missing the beach and ready to return soon!!

Very nice area and condo

We enjoyed our week here. It was quite, peaceful and the condo is spacious. It is on the second floor with stairs. The kitchen is ready to cook meals if you so choose. The owners are very responsive to any communication. We would go back again.

Great location. Beaches not crowded

Everything went accordingly. Great host. Accessible any time. Nice roomy property with all the comforts of home. We will likely return to this location next year. Possibly even this year.

Looking for family activities with children? Check out the Hangout only 3 miles away with Foam parties (bubbly wonderland for kids to play), giant yard games, sandbox and music with entertaining staff dancing on tables. There's something for everyone!

Our property has the largest pools in the area. We have a private storage unit with a beach wagon to haul your chairs, umbrella and cooler to the beach. Enjoy the private lagoon where you can rent kayaks from local rental services such as Gulf Shores Kayak Rentals or E-Bikes & Boards. Fishing with cleaning areas. Take advantage of the best of both worlds-beach on the Gulf and lagoon in the backyard!
