It is hard to list all of the reasons why you should stay at this sensational space.New countertops, floor-to-ceiling bathroom tile, paint, and kitchen appliances. Walking distance to bike trails, downtown dining, YMCA, Unity Park and Falls Park! It's just charming!

It is in the heart of the ever-growing Downtown & West Greenville. Walking distance to so many places!

The space
This Bungalow is not too small or too large-it's just right! It includes everything needed for an independent and functional stay. Private drive, front porch, living room, television, a queen bed, modern bathroom, and a kitchen fully stocked with cooking and serving utensils and an oven stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and washer/dryer!

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire house.

Cottage with everything we needed

Nice property in walking distance of downtown Greenville and Flor Field. Right off Academy in a neighborhood undergoing gentrification. We felt very safe walking at night. Did not do any cooking. Bed was awesome!

I found the unit. From the outside it looked like the pictures. When I parked the other two units next to it were boarded up and wood was piled in the front. The siding to the unit was ripped off showing the insulation. I proceeded to the back of the house and one of the windows has broken and broken glass around the window. The electrical box looked like it was priced open or at least attempted with marks and a gap where an object was used to pry it open. Of course I took pictures. I did not even go inside at that point. NO one is going to stay in a rental that had this condition. I had to book another hotel this was an added expense that I did not need to pay for.

Not for us

The house was as pictured. When we arrived, we had issues with the security system, it refused to clear, with the code provided. Loud alarm stating Police were coming, very frustrating. The neighborhood was run down, businesses boarded up. It did not feel like a safe place to stay in our opinion. We forfeited our money and did not stay. The Property manager did speak with us, he apologized for the issue with the security system.(It was for our safety)He feels the neighborhood is safe and has his office nearby.
