Pomegranate Stand

Welcome to our guest house! This casita is secure and secluded on an acre of land with a privacy fence and gated access. 10 ft. ceilings, refrigerated AC, gas fireplace and a large master bathroom. You may enjoy the relaxing Koi pond, fruit and nuts tress or great bird watching.

RV port includes 50 amp power, water and septic hookup, can accommodate a 38-ft Class A motorhome. Car port also available for parking.

All located within walking distance to Las Cruces Convention Center, NMSU and just a few minutes drive to the historic town of Mesilla. Easy access to I-10 & I-25.

Las Cruses Oasis

Katie and her family are amazing hosts and so welcoming. Wonderful property tucked away off the main road. Great little casita with everything you need and generous outdoor space all within walking distance to the NMSU campus.

Great for remote work

Ideal remote work setting. Quiet, easy walking to restaurants, Starbucks, university campus. Katie is super!

Amazing Property & Even Better People

So the listing is a bit misleading, but they aren’t hiding anything bad. Quite the opposite. There is a beautiful pond on the property, tons of fruit and vegetable trees, bushes, and plants. While I was there they had pomegranates, pistachios, watermelon, and pumpkins all growing. It was amazing. Katie and her family were also just so laid back and easy to deal with. I come to Las Cruces every year for onion season and I’ve already told her we call dibs on the property again next year. We don’t want to stay anywhere else lol we found the best place hands down. No need to keep trying new ones!

Great Stay at Paloma Encantada in Las Cruces

Let me start by saying what a wonderful and gracious host Katie and her family are at this incredible property. The house was spacious, clean and had a very home like feeling right from the start. Everything I needed for my stay was provided including some food essentials to make me feel very welcome. I completely recommend this property and look forward to my next stay in beautiful Las Cruces NM

I was lucky enough to find Las Cruces, NM on a work contract. I like warm weather and spicy food. I fell in love with the charm and the pace of the place.

This home is set back from the street which provides privacy and quiet. With large trees and shrubs, it feel like living in a park. 10ft. ceilings, large master bath and a spacious kitchen. Easy access to the interstates. El Paso is 43 mile South, Deming is 68 miles West and Alamogordo is 70 miles East,Truth or Consequences is 78 miles North.
