Location, location, location! We're a stone's throw from Edgartown Golf Club and all the amazing restaurants + shops in downtown Edgartown are just a 10 minute stroll.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home has been completely renovated, with an all-new kitchen, bathrooms, furnishings, linens & accessories. The house accommodates 5 people very comfortably, and is located on a quiet residential street just off Upper Main.

From the same VRBO Hosts that brought you MV House #1! Meet MV House #2! Although this is a new listing, you can read the reviews on our other listing ( just a 2 minute drive away in Edgartown!) for feedback from previous guests on what it's like to stay at one of our properties.

This single-level home offers an open concept kitchen, dining and living room - perfect for entertaining! Just off the living room is access to the large, private fenced-in backyard featuring an outdoor shower, deck, gas grill and dining furniture perfect for enjoying warm summer days/evenings in Martha's Vineyard.

The master bedroom features a queen bed and a sliding glass door to the backyard, along with an en-suite bathroom with a glass enclosed shower.

The second bedroom features a queen bed, along with a twin sized daybed. There's a bathroom right next door to the bedroom, with a bathtub/shower.

We provide our guests with beach chairs + umbrella, as well as beach towels. The bathrooms + kitchen are also stocked with all the necessities you should need during your stay.

Really well appointed property very close to central Edgartown (a short stroll) and close to numerous different amenities with a bike rental shop, a supermarket and a liquor store all nearby. Highly recommend.

Perfect MV home for young families!

Second time we’ve stayed at this property and it was just as wonderful as the first. The house has all the essentials for a week on MV. The one-level, open floor plan and fenced in backyard is perfect for young families. It’s an easy walk into downtown Edgartown and a short drive to State Beach. Can’t wait to come back!

The house is exactly as the pictures show and is well l maintained, with comfortable furniture and very clean. It is ideally located near grocery store, bike rental, walk into Edgartown to shop and eat. Quiet neighborhood, great backyard (so bring your yard games !). The host is very responsive and easy to work with.

Amazing property in Edgartown

We stayed for a week in June. This house offers everything you need and more - well equipped, tasteful, very clean and only a 10 -15 minute walk into main street.Claire was v responsive and offered lots of advice.Rentals in Edgartown are normally astronomically high. We all felt that the house offered v good value for money. Would highly recommend.

perfect cottage in walking distance of downtown

The cottage was beautiful, clean and easy access to everything in Edgartown. We walked across the street to rent bicycles too! We wish we could have stayed longer and will re-rent this cottage next year!

An Edgartown Jewel

Here we found what we hoped for our stay in Martha's. In a quiet residential street, a comfortable, ultra clean house with good size rooms and quality amenities. Cleverly placed skylights illuminate the interior. A supermarket is a corner away and the Edgartown charming historic city center is an easy 15 minutes walk. Who says better? Perfect house for a family vacation!

This house couldn’t have been more perfect for our family vacation. The fenced-in backyard was ideal for our toddler, and we enjoyed afternoons reading and eating meals outside. The neighborhood is quiet despite its close proximity to the main road. It’s also an easy walk into town center and a quick drive to State Beach. The owners were super responsive and helpful. We loved it so much that we already booked the house for next summer!

The best rental!

Words cannot express how happy we were with our stay at this adorable house! We absolutely loved the house- spotless and stocked with everything you may need during your stay- kitchen items, towels/linens and a shed with beach chairs/umbrella. Very spacious for our family of 4( two adults and two children ages 3 & 2). The location of the house is key. You can walk downtown (parking is tough so this was key!!) and there is a grocery store and other restaurants/brewery right around the corner. We loved this house so much we already booked for next summer. We’re looking forward to another week on MV at this perfect house!

Perfection!

Marcos and Claire’s home is stunning and exactly as photographed. It was extremely clean - a must for me. A great size for my family of four. We enjoyed making breakfast each morning in the well-equipped kitchen. The kids loved the backyard! We appreciated how close it was to downtown Edgartown, especially when we were able to walk just 10 minutes to the fourth of July parade and 20 minutes to the fireworks on the water. It was a 7-minute walk or so to the nearest bike rental where we had an easy time grabbing bikes on two different days and enjoying the ride up to Oak Bluffs along the water. We very much look forward to our return next year!

Great location!

This is our second stay at this lovely cottage. We love that it is walking distance to Edgartown center as well as the Stop and Shop! We like the clean simple but nicely decorated interior, the private back yard and outdoor shower. Also having two bathrooms for the two bedrooms is perfect for two couples sharing the house as we did. Claire was very responsive to any questions we had. We highly recommend this property!

Claire was an amazing host. She kept in close communication our entire trip. Her home was immaculate and she provided all the necessary items you need in a home away from home. It takes @ 15 minutes to walk to Water Street for food, shops, and activities. Parking in Edgartown can be an issue as there are only a few small lots and they fill up quickly. There is parking along Water Street but we were there prior to Memorial Day so it may be an issue during the height of summer. We are already planning our next stay and won’t hesitate to book again with Claire!

Amazing First Visit to Martha’s Vineyard

Claire was a wonderful host who was responsive and gave great recommendations for restaurants and activities on the island. The house was beautifully furnished with particular attention to all the details and very comfortable for our family of five adults. The kitchen pantry was well stocked and we utilized the lovely deck. The location was great especially being able to walk into Edgartown and close proximity to a grocery store. Claire’s house exceeded our expectations and we would come back again!

Great communication & clean adorable home.

The house was great for my husband and I and our 3 kids. I had envisioned something with more a twin setting and was surprised to see a body shop across the street but our stay was enjoyable nonetheless. Claire was a great host with great communication throughout. On a nice day it would be a great walk to town.

The property was exactly as described and an excellent location relative to bike shop and Edgartown. As someone already mentioned the road leading to the rental can get messy when it rains but otherwise no problems.

Wonderful Pieds-a-Terre with great location

The house is exactly as pictured and was a peaceful oasis. You can walk to the grocery store - if you want - as well as some restaurants and shops within less than 10 minutes. The house is a delight to occupy, particularly in terms of the comfy beds, lovely bathrooms, gorgeous floors and spacious kitchen.

Great little house

Very nice house. Slept two little kids and two adults comfortably. Very recently renovated, so very nice and new and clean inside. Only downside is it’s down a dirt path that gets massive mud puddles and standing water when it rains. Also some odd residents across the street that seem to collect old appliances and scrap metal.Lovely down pillows and comforters but watch out if you have an allergy! Highly recommend overall!!

Great Vineyard Vacation

We loved our week at this home. We've rented in other areas in the past (Katama, Dodgers Hole...), but it was great to be in a beautifully updated & styled home within walking distance of Edgartown village. Everything was great in the house and even when we needed batteries for a remote, they were magically delivered within hours. And Claire was super easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We currently live in Los Angeles, but travel back to MV frequently to visit family and friends.
