Summary:
Studio on the 2nd floor without lift, very well located, in the heart of Paris, near the rue Etienne Marcel and the corner of the rue Montorgueil, 15m from the Grands Boulevards. At the foot of the flat are many shops, cafes and restaurants.This tastefully decorated studio will take you on a very pleasant journey to the heart of Parisian life.
The Space:
Located studio of 21m2 air-conditioned which includes:
- Living room with double bed and very comfortable sofa bed for one person, 1 table with chairs, Smart TV, Wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washer-dryer)
- 1 bathroom with shower and toilet
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is done by a professional housekeeper.
Guest Access:
Travelers have access to the entire apartment.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located at the corner of the Grands Boulevards. You will find in the vicinity:
- Museum of Arts and Crafts (450m)
- Grévin Museum (900m)
- The Place de l'Opéra (1,5km)
- Galeries Lafayettes (1,6km)
