Overall, a very comfortable stay in a safe neighbourhood. The house was as advertised with the right set of amenities and supplies. Did not have any issue with checkin or checkout. Note that this is on the 3rd floor so keep that in mind with heavy luggage.

A well appointed and very comfortable apartment in an excellent location. The apartment faces the Jardin des Plantes on a quiet street. Check in was very easy and as a single traveler I felt very safe as the property is double locked (front entrance lock). The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all amenities. The apartment is rather spacious- separate living room and bedroom. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay in this lovely flat right across from the Museum of Natural History — you can even see the dinosaur skeletons from the window.The location is ideal, with immediate access to the Jardin des Plantes and Gare d’Austerlitz (lines 5, 10, and RER C), and within walking distance of both the Luxembourg Gardens and Bastille. I was working nearby at the Institut Henri Poincaré, and it was a pleasure to walk through the gardens each morning.The flat was clean, quiet, and comfortable — a perfect base for work or leisure in Paris.

This is an ideal apartment for one person or a couple. The amenities are as advertised, including an up-to-date kitchen and bathroom. The property is close to two Métro lines, 5 and 10, and the RER C. The WiFi was down when I arrived, but Yacine got a technician there in a few minutes despite traffic jams in downtown Paris, and it was soon up and running; he was also very helpful and quick to respond to other small problems, most of which were caused by my failing to open the right door. The only problem with the apartment is that it is on the French 3rd floor (North American 4th) and has no elevator, but I am in my 70’s and didn’t find the stairs a problem. I recommend this listing and would stay there again. - Edward, Toronto, Canada.

Great location and I can recommend this home for a stay. There are narrow winding stairs to climb up to the 3rd floor, so be aware. The home and kitchen is well equipped. Everything is clean here. It is best to remove shoes after entering the home and there is a shoe rack and coat hangers.There is a toilet with a sink in the entrance hallway. The bedroom (the door is half clear glass visible from the living room) has an ensuite shower with a sink only, and a vertical wall radiator with digital remote control. There is no clothes rail in the bedroom, only shelves. I used the folding X airer to hang my clothes. It was not so clear to me at first how to turn on the house radiators as the remote control systems were new to me. The living room has a sofa bed which easily pulls out for a second bed. The Host provided a good set of thick bath and hand towels. Folding luggage racks are available and useful for placing bags. There is also an iron and ironing board. There are a variety of restaurants and mini markets close by. The host was very kind and allowed me to self check-in early as the flat was available. I had a great one week stay here.

Schöne ruhige Wohnung mit allem, was man für einem Besuch in Paris braucht. In der Umgebung findet sich alles, was man zum Essen oder zum Essen gehen braucht. Metro Station und Bahnhof sind direkt um die Ecke, so dass alle Ziele problemlos erreichbar sind-zusammengefasst ein perfekter Standort für einen Urlaub in Paris- wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Appartement conforme à la description dans un quartier calme et sûr. 2 lignes de métro et 1 ligne de RER devant la porte les bus dont le 91 qui dessert la Gare Montparnasse. L’appartement est beau et confortable et son accès est sécurisé par un charmante cour traversante.
