Welcome to our spacious two bedroom townhome, beautifully remodeled in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood in Miramar Beach, Florida. This stylish unit was featured in Season 13 of HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt.

We are located just 300 steps to the beautiful, white, sugary sand of Miramar Beach and conveniently located minutes from Silver Sands Outlets, Sandestin’s Baytowne Wharf, Destin Commons, the mid-bay bridge, Grand Boulevard and several prestigious golf courses.

The unit sleeps 6 with a king sized memory-foam bed and balcony in the master, 2 new queen beds in the spacious second master and a queen sofa sleeper downstairs near the half bath. The home is equipped with designer wood tile, a full sized washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, 65 inch TV, and 2 dedicated parking spaces. The amenities include two pools (one heated seasonally), a covered pool-side gazebo, and a dedicated greenspace for the kids to play. This 1st floor town home gives you the luxury of walking right in with groceries and beach gear without having to lug your belongings up several flights of stairs!

This updated townhome is located just across from Pompano Joe's Seafood restaurant which has public bathrooms, an outdoor shower, bar, live entertainment, fantastic food and plenty of public parking! Other nearby restaurants within walking distance include Captain Dave's, Kenny D’s, and Whale’s Tail.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour au condo. L'appartement est très propre et bien décoré, comme sur les photos. Il est parfait pour un séjour en famille. La piscine est aussi très propre. Il est bien situé, à environ 5 à 10 minutes de marche de la plage. Nous avons apprécié laisser garer la voiture au stationnement devant l'appartement, sans devoir se soucier de trouver un emplacement à la plage. Notre séjour aurait pu être amélioré si des équipements de plage avaient été disponibles tel que parasol et chaises de plage. Nous avons dû en acheter et les avons laisser sur place à notre départ. Nous espérons que d'autres voyageurs pourront en profiter. ll y aurait aussi lieu d'installer des toiles opaques dans les chambres à coucher, les rideaux installés ne sont pas suffisants pour assombrir les chambres. Des serviettes de bain en quantité suffisante étaient disponibles. Par contre, nous aurions apprécié avoir plus de fouritures de toilettes compte tenu du prix payé. La communication avec l'agence de location était efficace, sans plus. Nous n'avons n'avons pas ressenti de réel souci d'offrir un service à la clientèle qui se démarque. Très beau séjour que nous recommandons.

Vacation

Emerald Escape was the perfect location, walking distance to the beach and a shirt drive to tourist attractions. Pool was perfect for adults and kids, and the condo was clean and and perfectly accommodated our family. We will be back!

Wonderful place to stay!

Our family of four loved this condo! Everything was clean and it was a very spacious unit. Before going, I was a little concerned about the access to the beach, since it is a public beach and not a private beach associated with this property. I shouldn't have worried! The walk to the beach was short and easy and the stretch of beach that was near us was lovely! We loved our stay!

Unbearably hot

The air conditioner was set to not go to a comfortable temperature. My daughter and her husband left early . I remained because I had a flight to catch. I slept with a box fan and ceiling fan blowing, miserable. Had I known the situation we would have never gone to Destin.

Great location

The property was as advertised. It was a short walk to the beach no need to drive or find parking. The local beach was very nice. The house was comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome condo in a cool neighborhood!

We've been to Destin about ten times before but never stayed on a condo. Now we are spoiled and we will definitely have to do the condo experience from now on. The condo was beautiful and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were spectacular. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were comfy as can be. The condo itself was located in a quaint little condo complex just a short walk to Miramar Beach. It had two nice in ground pools and everyone was super friendly there. Makes me wish I could wake up everyday there!

Close to everything.

This place was great, please be sure to bring laundry and dish soap or anything you have to have. Oh and extra TP, lol But really this place was cute and beds were so comfortable. To be honest we were never at the place but to eat breakfast and get ready then sleep. The master bedroom is a little warmer than downstairs but that is because the sun hits that spot. Fans are in closets and if you are a coffee drinker , this place had the option or pods and coffee filters. But overall, very pleased . We got a golf cart and saved us from walking . Destin, FL was the first time for us and it was beautiful. Be sure to check out crab island and take a family pic. Best sunsets there. Enjoy and have fun, we will return. April Oliver

My family and I enjoyed our stay

Great location, minutes away from the beach. Upon arrival check in was super easy and very nice and clean. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Parking was great as well right at the front door. Definitely booking again.

Nice property

Very pleased overall! Walking distance to beach, lovely & clean & spacious. Only criticism is that a few extra supplies would be very helpful—i.e. more than one dishwasher pod & kitchen trash bag for a 4-day stay is standard at vacation rentals. Otherwise great!

Family Vacation

We were delighted to find and rent this VRBO for our first trip to Miramar Beach! Pros: - Good communication with rental agency - very clean - Well stocked kitchen - Comfortable beds - Outdoor space (patio, balcony and green space) - Clean pools - quiet community - short walk to the beach Things to know - Need to bring your own beach towels, hair dryer, sand/pool toys, beach cart, and extra toilet osier, bags etc. - this was nicely communicated by the rental agency but it was after we booked so required extra packing and planning - very clean rental which is great but didn’t have the nice little extras like spices, additional toys etc. had some adult board games and cards. It was a bummer we had to buy sand and pool toys and leave them! We are hoping another family could use them too. Overall I would stay here again especially now that we know how to plan for it. Thanks again!
