Superb best describes this condo. Host was wonderful. Condo was very clean, very well kept with perfect paint, excellent furniture including very comfortable master bed. The entire grounds overall were very well maintained and had a lot of greenery. The pool has to be one of the nicer and larger for like-size complexes. Ocean was just a short walk. I could say quite a bit more but I’ll leave it at that. Just fantastic.

Rosie is such a great host! This is our second year staying in her condo! She responds quick to any questions we had! The condo is very clean and is stocked with pretty much everything you need for a family on vacation! We highly recommend this condo! Another plus is beach service!

The condo was above my expectations. She had the place stocked with every appliance you would possibly need in the kitchen. As you’re packing 600 miles away you’re always wondering what the condo might have. She had everything plus a parking space with beach things to use. I would stay in this condo again any day.

This condo was perfect for our family get away. There was enough room for everyone, the pool was awesome and it was close and convenient to the beach and everything we wanted to do. Rosie was very responsive and very kind. Loved everything about it!

Rosie’s condo is great! We’ve stayed with Rosie three years in a row and her condo never disappoints. The condo has everything you need for a great week at the beach. Highly recommend!

Definitely will stay here again!!

The location is great!! We walked everywhere and spent lots of time at the pool and hot tub. The beach access is super nice and a very short walk. For the price this place is the best and we’ve been coming to Destin for years!!

Our family fell in love with Destin and have been coming to this area for over 10 years. We visit about 3 times a year and decided that we enjoy it enough to start roots here. We spend lots of quality family time here and love the beautiful beach and proximity of local area restaurants and attractions.
