Great Rental Condo

This is the third time we have stayed at Calypso 2-602 and it never fails to provide us with an amazing experience. The place is spotlessly clean, spacious and the views of the ocean are amazing! I highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful stay

Check in and communication with owner was easy, quick responses each time. Beds were comfortable. Not noted in the listing is the new furniture! New couches are very nice and comfortable. Everyone very friendly, met a few owners while there and I think they may just become good friends! Location is fantastic as well, so many things within walking distance. Would choose this condo again if we come back to the area.

Annual Girl Trip

We had a great time! Communication is key with anything and the owners are quick to respond to any message and answer any question. This unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Shopping is within walking distance and if you’re not up for a walk it’s a very short drive. The best part- directly on the beach, 2 pools, a tiki bar plus fire pits near the pool. Everyone was kind and accommodating. Hope to visit again soon!

Beautiful

Our room was very nice, the view was spectacular! we had 6 people in our party and had plenty of room. The owners were very fast at answering any questions we had. Great location as it was close to Pier Park and other stores within walking distance.

The owners of this property were very prompt with responses to questions and provided guidance when necessary. I definitely plan on staying in one of their condos again next year! The property was clean upon arrival and had an abundance of bath towels for our use. The view was absolutely stunning.

We totally enjoy our winter in Jacqueline and Cleve's condo 602 west. Its the perfect floor to view the gulf and pool. The deck furniture is wonderful as we spent a lot of time right there. They update every year and are so nice to work with.

Beautiful condo, with all of the comforts of home.

I wanted to send you an email thanking you for our letting my family stay in your condo. The unit was perfect and felt very much like home and I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. Everything from the wifi, flat screen televisions, kitchen appliances, free beach chair service, tasteful décor, to the cleanliness…absolutely wonderful. It is so nice to rent from someone that takes so much pride in their property and truly cares about their visitors stay.

This is a great condo to stay in. Perfect location (we walked everywhere). Beautiful resort. Jacqueline and Cleve were great to work with. Highly recommend them if you want to rent a condo or condos as they have several available at this property. We had a great time!

Excellent time, family of five, very comfortable. Great value.

My family and I just spent a wonderful week at this condo, 07/23/16-07/30/16. Everything that is advertised is there and more. Very clean. Housekeeping gave us a very clean unit to stay in. You have all of the amenities that are needed and more. Can fix anything from a pizza to a 5 course meal if you want. The condo décor made you feel right at home. Beds were so comfortable, better than high end resorts. The sixth floor worked out well, as you are only 3 floors above the parking garage level. Views are great. Close enough to walk up if needed, and not too high to walk down to the beach. Pools was very nice. Little small, and filled up quickly. But we did not go to Panama to set by the pool. The beach was wonderful and the beach crew was very attentive and super nice. Took real good care of everyone. Unit is close to the pier park, and many good restaurants. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone, and will be contacting the owners again.

Lovely Condo

This condo offers 3 nice bedrooms and is exactly as described. The owners were very prompt with condo information and the whole process was flawless. Calypso is an excellent property with direct ocean access, tiki bar and water sport rentals on-site. We rented paddle boards and definitely enjoyed the beach service. Thanks for a great vacation.

Great Condo

We stayed two weeks April 2015. The condo is great, had anything we needed. Love the bonus beach chairs included. The balcony was handy to watch dolphins when they were out front. The condo was very clean, great washer and dryer. Personally I love ice water so love that they had an ice maker in the fridge just like home. We had a couple of questions and Jacqueline answered our phone call and took care of our questions immediately.

Wow Great Condo!

This condo had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and had everything we could of thought of to make our stay comfortable. The beds were very comfortable!!! I wish my master bed at home was as nice. The views from the 6th floor were perfect. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and watching the waves roll in. This short trip made a nice getaway from the winter hustle and bustle. We have already booked it for our vacation this summer. Jacqueline was great to work with and we would recommend this condo. Can't wait to return in June.

AMAZING IN EVERY WAY,CLEAN, GREAT VIEwS AND EVERYTHING YOU COULD ASK FOR AND MORE.

My wife and I were very pleased upon arrival to this condo. The condo was clean, had everything we could ask for and more. It had all the comforts of home and much more with the million dollar view on the ocean. We had a great nights sleep in the bed. I even contacted Jacqueline to find out what type of mattress was on the master bed. I wish I could have great of a sleep in my own bed at home. We enjoyed everything about our stay and wish we could of stayed longer. Thanks for a great place to vacation and we are booking our next trip with you guys!

The best a family could ask for

The condo is very clean, spacious, and nicely furnished. The pictures tell an accurate story – (the kitchen even has a few aesthetic upgrades from the pictures). The kitchen and bathrooms are all well stocked with supplies you need for a week’s stay – many other condos we've stayed at do not. The included beach chair service cannot be overestimated – it really makes a difference if you like to spend time on the beach. The managers responded lighting fast to one service request we made for a stuck garbage disposal and sent our deposit refund within 4 days of departure. We were very pleased and will look to rent from these owners again!
