We are 4.8 driving miles from Shipyard Park.

Our newly constructed(2021) private and cozy 400 sq ft Studio has a queen size bed, living room, large sofa, kitchenette with convection microwave, refrigerator, 55” TV, free high-spped internet and Keurig coffee maker. It has a full size bathroom with a very nice shower. It has its own separate and secure entrance, is is in a safe and quiet neighborhood and only 2 miles from Mount Pleasant and 5 miles from Daniel Island & 526. It is less than 20 minutes to the Isle of Palms. We are 4.8 miles from Shipyard Park!

The Studio is away from the noise and conveniently close to everywhere you would want to be in Charleston!

Property information: Our neighborhood construction began in 2019 and finished in March 2021.

Great place to stay! It is a little bit away from the hustle and bustle but is pretty drivable to anywhere you’d want to go!

Coffee Equestrian camp stay

This was a great location for our stay while our daughter went to CofC equestrian camp. We drove to Shem Creek to have dinner, we went downtown to do some shopping. There was great restaurants not far away. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Baseball at Shipyard Park

Wonderful stay, clean, comfortable and perfect distance from Shipyard Park. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed watching our grandson’s team play at the park.

Clean and Comfy

This vrbo is a great, small place to stay when looking to get away for a few days. It’s close to lots of fun areas such as Daniel Island which is where the vrbo is located, Mount Pleasant, and downtown Charleston. We really enjoyed it and would stay here again!

Great Location for ShipYard Park

great location and plenty of room for us 2 adults. well furnished and well kep property. Close to ballpark if coming for games and o ly 0.5 mile to Publix Grocery Store.
