Place was awesome and a perfect location. Central to visit Pike Place and hit the Mariners game. We loved the restaurant suggestions and went to Rocco’s. Pizza was incredible. Our family loved our 2 days in Seattle!

The apartment was very nice and we loved the location. It was a little beat up and could use some painting, etc, but all in all we had a great visit.

The apartment was clean and just as described. The air conditioning had a little trouble keeping up but it was unseasonally warm when we were there. The checkin process was very easy and the location was fantastic.

Wonderful condo within walking distance to restaurants and attractions like Pike’s Place Market and the Space Needle. It was noisy at night on Friday and Saturday nights and there was drug use in the street nearby. But the building and garage were secure and we could live with the city noise. Overall we had a great time!

Perfect Location

This location was a 12 minute walk to anywhere we wanted to be. Stayed for two nights and never took the car out of the garage. The on site pool was nice as well. Highly recommend. Would stay here again.

Lovely place and a great location. Worth every penny. Hosts and Stan were great and gave good pointers and instructions. I felt very safe there. So glad this property enforced safety rules.

Communication with his host was great and they got us into the room early. Everything was explained clearly and effectively. The apartment is was very nice and it was very handy to have laundry and a kitchen for our stay. The air conditioning was a portable unit in the living area, but it managed to keep the entire apartment cool, although it was a little but loud. You are in the city so you do get some noise, there is also a club around the corner that you can hear Friday and Saturday night - but it wasn't too bad with the windows shut. We would def stay again, but would try to pick a time when it was not as hot so the AC wouldn't be needed. Apartment is within walking distance of Pike Place and the Space needle. Plenty of places to eat. The area is okay, there are pockets of homeless, and we did see some drug se on the streets...but again this is the city. The building itself felt very secure. The pool was also a nice bonus!

We came to visit my son who is studying in Tacoma, we have never been to Seattle. The location was perfect for our agenda, walking distance to the market and space needle. Good restaurants and coffee shops all around. Only caveat we had right across the street is a night club Ora that blasts laud music until 2 am. Will bring earplugs next time

Excellent location between the Public Market and the sites near the Space Needle. The beds were really comfy since they were foam (not spring) mattresses. Even the sofa bed! Well stocked with towels and any cooking supplies you'd need. Definitely would recommend to a friend wanting a place with easy access to the sites and free parking if they need a car to go farther a field.

Great location -short walk to attractions

Cute place - so easy to walk to Pikes Place /Seattle Center. Noisy on the weekends with clubs nearby but I had no trouble falling asleep with fan on for white noise. Beds very comfortable- can see the water and occasional cruise ships. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Safe building.

Seattle

Great location to walk to all the spots (space needle, market, waterfront, aquarium, etc.). Plenty of restaurants walkable too. Building is secure and has cute courtyard and pool for the kids. Communication with owners was prompt and easy and they provided recommendations for keeping our bags (turned out we didn’t even need it since they were able to accommodate an early check in). Great stay and would stay again.

Great Location

The location cannot be beat. It was perfect for our family of 5 and access to the main sites. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and ample linens were provided. The unit is showing some wear around the edges (carpet and bathroom), but that is to be expected in a rental unit. All instructions were clear and the property owner/manager was very responsive and easy to reach.

Great location, just as expected, responsive and friendly hosts... Our only hitch was that it was unseasonably hot, so we did wish for better air conditioning -- however, this was probably the one weekend of the year where that was needed! Convenient to food, coffee, Pikes Place, Space Needle, a mile from the ferry terminal (and Molly Moo's ice cream). We had a great time catching up with friends as we celebrated a wedding weekend. Thanks for making your unit available!

Great location

This place is walking distance to most of the Seattle check list items. There are a ton of restaurants in the neighborhood. The only drawback was a faint smell of weed. It’s everywhere (and legal) in Seattle and it found it’s way into the comforters and elevators and common spaces at this condo.

Thanks for your stellar review, Scott! We are happy that you had a good stay and were able to enjoy the nearby restaurants and sights of Seattle! Our place is professionally cleaned after every guest. We did not smell any weed during or after your stay. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in our condo, on the balconies or in the common areas. Had you mentioned anything during your stay, we would have been happy to investigate and try to remedy any shortcomings, but you did not. Best of luck in your future travels!
