This beautiful home is located in a quiet and peaceful Anna Maria Island neighborhood. Too many wonderful features to list including vaulted ceilings, open floor plan and huge ground floor lanai with French doors opening up to the private heated pool. You will enjoy your coffee on the spacious front deck. Relax with one of the many books provided in the library or a cocktail in the evening.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a quick snack for your family at the breakfast bar or a full dinner in the dining room. The living room invites you to relax, kick-back and enjoy your favorite TV shows on the flat screen smart TV.

A Wish Upon a Starfish was created with families in mind. The home provides a pack n' play, high chair, baby gates, and a bouncy chair so you can forget about having to travel with these extra items. The kids will love the bedroom with 2 twin over full bunk sets. This room also offers its own private bathroom with walk in shower and water closet.

The Queen size guest bedroom features a sleep number adjustable bed and an ensuite Jack and Jill bathroom which is also accessible through the hallway.. The entire 3rd floor is where you will find the beautiful master bedroom with brand new king size bed, walk-in closet and full bath with beautiful tiled shower. Head up to the roof for gorgeous sunset views and peeks of the water in the evening.

From the house you will find an easy stroll down 2 and a half blocks to the gorgeous sugar white sand beaches of Anna Maria. A Wish Upon a Starfish is conveniently located midway between Holmes Beach and the beautiful North End of the island where you will have the best of both worlds at your fingertips.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.

We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

PET POLICY:

We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

2 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs maximum per pet.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
