Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom 1st floor condo with all the amenities including spacious bedrooms and open living space. Situated at 3rd hole of the London Bridge golf course and lake just a stones throw away. Kitchen, dinette and family room are open and ideal to serve your meals, or to just lounge around the big screen tv. Private paver patio with a BBQ is ideal for grilling. Or take your fixins and family/friends over to the club house to BBQ there and enjoy your choice of indoor or outdoor tables, umbrellas, etc. situated and over looking the huge pool and the two spas which have custom controls that can adjust the jet pressure and water temp to your liking.. If you have a watercraft of your own you want to bring along, there is plenty of short term boat storage parking as well as a complimentary wash rack with everything you'll need to detail your toys before you head home.

I felt the property is in a great location and it was clean. However, the check-in process could’ve been more descriptive by indicating the unit number and where the gate opener was. The unit is extremely dated. Which by itself isn’t terrible, but it would be nice to have bed linens that were newer. The mattresses were a bit uncomfortable.

There had been a flood inside... there was no running water. AND the mess was NOT cleaned yet.

Perfect Location

Our stay in Lake Havasu was fabulous. Condo was in heart of Lake Havasu, short walk to almost everything. Condo was clean and well stocked. Will stay there again if we ever get back to Lake Havasu.

Fabulous location, easy access, great manager

It was a wonderful location, within minutes of the marina, easy access. Unit was ground floor and to the edge of the complex, so our boat was literally parked right out the door. Really perfect.

This condo is coveienently located near the chanel and bridge. The ground floor unit patio is great and the gated attended parking lot is a plus. GREAT VALUE in LHC

Awesome location! Located on the 3 hole of bridgewater links golf course. Walking distance to London bridge shops. Great communication with host. We look forward to staying again.
