CARIBBEAN RIVIERA 5 is a beautiful apartment located on the beach of Orient Bay. This apartment is nestled in the heart of the picturesque village of Orient Bay, offering direct access to a long white sandy beach.

The CARIBBEAN RIVIERA 5 apartment, refurbished in 2020, is located on the first floor of a quiet residence with swimming pool facing the sea.
The decoration is very refined, all the details have been thought out so that you have a comfortable stay.
Ideal for 1 couple, there is also a sofa bed for a 1 child option.

You will be a few steps from restaurants, bars and shops while enjoying the tranquility of this beachfront residence. The apartment is located on the first floor and has a large, tastefully decorated living room, which opens onto a terrace with a table and sun loungers.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and a table is available for breakfast. The bedroom is comfortable and opens onto a private terrace. The bathroom is modern and bright.

The place
ORIENT BAY or PARC DE LA BAIE ORIENTALE is very coveted for its large white sandy beach, its restaurants where the best and its water activities. Its turquoise waters are dotted with kite surfing sails of multiple colors... it is a daily spectacle. It is good to live there between idleness and sports activities.... 5 minutes by car, you will have access to HOPE ESTATE, our commercial area (SUPER U, BAKERY, SHOPS...) 7 minutes by car, you can take the ferry to ILET PINEL by crossing the pretty BAY OF CUL DE SAC. You can rest on the Islet and enjoy a lobster under the coconut trees... A 10-minute drive away, you can dine in one of the very good restaurants of the typical village of GRAND CASE.

Great spot, so close to beach and restaurants. Pool was perfect, lovely patio to sit on and relax. Will definitely be back.

The location was great with a lot of restaurant and stores near by, the pool was very nice but didnt use the pool very much, location to beach was great and lots of locations for beach chairs etc

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was exceptionally clean and equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine and dishwasher, which made our stay very comfortable.The outdoor space was fantastic, with direct access to the shared swimming pool, making it easy to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.The location is perfect—right in the heart of Orient Bay, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and local amenities.The hosts were amazing, friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. Check-in was seamless and convenient, making our arrival stress-free.We would highly recommend this property and would happily stay here again.
