Great location

Perfect location right on the beach, nice clean condo, finding the room was a little difficult had to go in elevator up then go back outside and back down stairs to reach condo on the lower level, other then that it was clean inside and nice would definitely recommend for a family

Short walk to beach

Check in process was super easy with code for the lobby and room door. Kitchen was a little small but we found everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The condo was only a 2 minute walk to the beach and it was close to all the restaurants and shops.

Wonderful Family Time

We stayed in this condo with one of our daughters along with her husband and their 10-month-old. We had our other kids with their families staying in two other ground-floor units. We had a fabulous time and we felt extremely safe with our young grandchildren running from condo to condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property! Perfectly located on the beach! Pool are and beach walkway was very clean. Condo floors could have been a little cleaner. The master bath and sink did not drain well at all. Overall we would definitely stay there again!!

Awesome condo on the beach

Really enjoyed our stay. Would rent again. Management was quick to respond to our request. It's a little tricky getting to the unit so be sure to read instructions in email. Only recommendation is that we could have used an extra key to the gate or put a keyless lock on the gate.

Pensecola @Regency

It was very nice. However, the refrigerator did not freeze items nor did it make ice. We had to-go and purchase ice everday. I reported it and they were quick to respond. A lady showed up to check it out and said that she would get a repairman, we should receive reimbursement for our purchases. This was halfway thru our stay. Never heard anything else. The master tub slowly drained which is gross to stand in that water while showering. You also need to run the dryer a couple of cycles to get clothes dry. The location of the condo is convenient. The condo is roomy and was great. We made great people while staying there.

Really liked the ground floor access to the property. Great location! Property on the beach, with a nice pool, and rinse off station when you come in from the beach. Would come again.
