Experience your North Shore adventure from this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Princeville home. Just steps from Queen’s Bath trailhead (***summer months only) or a short drive to stunning beaches such as HANALEI BAY. This home is the perfect base. It's located less than a mile from the highly sought after 1Hotel Hanalei Bay and a short walk to the world-famous Makai Golf Course. For your convenience, we include beach chairs, beach towels, a boogie board, floaties, and 2 bicycles for guest use.

-Upstairs over sized suite with a private wraparound lanai, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a sunset cocktail with separation from the main living quarters.
-Includes parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway!

***Our home takes advantage of the island's natural trade winds and for added comfort, we have installed individual air conditioning units in 2 of the 3bedrooms.***

In this neighborhood there are the following:
- 2 mile Walk/Jog/Bike path
- Walking or biking distance to The 1Hotel Hanalei Bay
- Makai Golf Course has a walk-up breakfast and lunch bar.

This property has great potential! It’s spacious and was great value. Huge yard we enjoyed, W/D, rustic kitchen. A few snags that could be resolved rather easily that would make this property five stars.

We had a wonderful time saying in this beautiful home during our 3 day trip to Kauai. The photos didn’t do it justice, it was very spacious, clean and much better than we expected! The neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful with a short walk to scenic paths at the nearby golf course. Also a short drive from many great food spots. Would definitely rent again!

The property is in a great location. Princeville is safe, clean and beautiful. The home was spacious offering fun beach equipment, kitchen necessities, and lots of towels bedding. The home was not very clean when we entered, there was hair and dirt on the floors. There was furniture in broken/bad condition. The ac unit in the lower guest bedroom did not work great- the tube taped to the window kept falling off. Overall it all worked out with the main purpose of the house being a space to sleep, and in that case all the beds were incredibly comfortable. The best parts about the home were the location, spacious rooms and comfortable beds.

Great Host

Suzanne was very helpful during our stay here. We were hit with some unexpected changes in our trip and she was quick to respond and help us out. Very appreciated. We did not get to stay in the house as long as we had hoped but it was true to the posted photos, comfortable and clean, nice neighborhood. Great location.

Nice house

Great property! Owner was so nice and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. It was nice to sit outside every night after dinner and listen to the rain fall and enjoy time with our friends.

Amazing property

Great!

Loved this house! We were worried that the living area wouldn’t be great since there weren’t any photos but there was a nice big, comfy couch to enjoy. Loved hearing the birds from the balcony! Noise travels very easy in the neighborhood so we were asked to turn off music one night, when it was not on very loud so we were worried about making noise in the evening. One of the bedrooms downstairs with a king bed sort of smelled like cats, but it wasn’t a big problem for us. Overall had a really great stay and would definitely come back.
