Open the door to your space with a spacious living room that welcomes you to a homey stay. A smart tv is set to stream your favorite Netflix show. Off from the living room, you'll find a second private balcony where you'll most likely find yourself spending your morning and evenings at. Wake up looking out to the city with a fresh cup of joe. The galley kitchen is fully equipped with the utensils, cookware, plates, and glasses for quick meals in. Various retro style appliances are stocked including microwave, Keurig, and toaster. Choose to sit inside for your meals or enjoy the Florida weather out on the balcony with an additional dining set.



Rest easy after a long day of adventuring in the 2 cozy bedrooms. The first bedroom includes a super comfy queen bed with a closet and dresser to store all of your belongings. The second bedroom has another great queen bed.



The full bathroom with walk-in shower that is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. And we didn't forget the fluffy white towels to dry you off, allowing you to pack light to save room for all of those Old City souvenirs.



The location of this home can't be beat! About a 5-10 minute walk to the Downtown Historic area and many top attractions such as Ripleys, Castillo de San Marcos, and more. A convenience store is just around the corner to stock up on drinks and snacks. Things to note about this home:



*This is above garage apartment located behind a multi-family home that is also rented. 



*Quiet hours begin at 10 pm and all noise must be kept to a minimum at this time and all outside guests must vacate the property at this time (you will have full private access to the entire 2 bed/1 bath apt, no shared rooms)



*Window ac units are installed for heating and cooling inside the home. There is no central ac.



*Off-street parking for 2 vehicles is provided in the back of the home



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire 2 bedroom apartment and balcony.

Casa Bella is located on Rohde Ave, which is just a few minutes walk to many shops, restaurants, and the downtown area.
