Unwind in this cute, comfortable condo that sleeps up to 10 with a cozy king size bed in the master bedroom, a king size bed along side a set of bunk beds in the second bedroom, two twins in the third bedroom and a comfy sleeper sofa in an expansive living room. This condo is also equipped with granite countertops, modern decor, and large flat screen TV's! Best of all, there are plenty of “front row seats” on the private balcony so the family can breathe in the salt air and take in the stunning gulf views!

- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

The directions for getting parked & explaining how to get to the room from there weren’t clear. We had to call as soon as I found the parking garage. They did call right back. The size of the condo and the amount of storage and space were wonderful, but the unit desperately needs a deep clean. There were inches of dust on the fan, curtains, and lamp in the master suite. The living room curtains had visible mold on them. We also found a dead cockroach in the kitchen, under the dishwasher when we swept.The couches were extremely dirty—if you had lotion on your legs, you couldn’t sit on them because the dirt would stick to you. The twin mattresses need replaced as well; one had a spring poking through it. We ended up switching it with a mattress from the bunk bed just so my cousin could sleep.

Great accommodations bar, ice cream parlor, gas grills for outside cooking. Wish there was an indoor pool for those times needed. Room needs a little TLC and updating. It looked a little bare on the decorating area. Kitchen had just enough for you to get by. Floor could need a deep cleaning. Oh yeah the elevators for amazingly fast. Would visit again for the size and price.

Great Location!!

The location is great. Lots of options for food within walking distance. The kitchen was not stocked well with pot and pans and upon arrival many dishes and skillets were put away but not very clean. The master shower has mold around the ceiling. The living room furniture and balcony furniture was very run down. Overall we had a great time just spent time washing dishes a lot. The dishwasher was ran 3 times and dishes were still not clean. I was very disappointed the sliding door in the master bedroom would not open and it was not a balcony just full view windows. That would have been nice to know when someone is looking forward to sitting on the balcony from the master bedroom.

The location was very convenient and we loved the Starbucks inside the resort. The condo was right off the east elevators on the 24th floor. It was very close to the trash chute. Elevators were quick. The condo was spacious and linens were ok. I didn’t love that two of the pools were across the road from the ocean/condo. The one ocean front pool was not accessible from my elevator. We had to go to the lobby and walk across the main lobby to the second set of elevators which were being maintenanced. The sky bridge, pool, and beach access was difficult to navigate at first. The condo could use a deep clean. There was mold on the shower curtain in the bunk room and mold on the shower heads of two of the bathrooms. There’s mold/mildew between the folds of the curtains in the living room. The floors had been swept around the middle it seemed. We found items (random chip bag, a hair tie, crackers, etc) from previous guests under the couches and beds. I’d suggest bringing house shoes for everyone staying. The kitchen was sparsely stocked for cooking - two of the frying pans were scratched up so badly I wouldn’t use them. There was not enough silverware for the amount of people staying with us without constantly hand washing (because the dishwasher left the dishes dirty). Couches were ok, somewhat broken down. The new TVs were beautiful and worked well. Some of the fans that work by remote didn’t work. The double twin room is much smaller than the photo appears.

Wonderful!

We absolutely loved our condo! The only thing I could recommend is upgrade the pillows and mattress.They were a little uncomfortable but other than that the condo was wonderful and will definitely be back!

Lots of space for a large group. It was clean. Huge living/dining area. Furnishings are a bit of a dated mismatch of things. But I understand this. If you had all new furniture, cabinets and etc it would not stay perfect with multiple guests/renters. Appliances were nice and kitchen had everything we needed. Washer and dryer were clean and pretty new.Multiple pools, tiki bars, and access to the beach. Store, food and Starbucks on site. It was great for us. We would stay there again!

We had a great stay. The condo was spacious enough for 7 females (4 adults and 3 teenagers). The dining room table could be updated or refinished.

Spacious but minimal decor/stocking

Unit was very spacious for large groups but you can tell it is mainly used for rental income. Couches, although plentiful, not very comfortable. The area carpet in the living room is disgustingly dirty. The kitchen was stocked pretty well with dishes but minimally for cooking for a larger groups. One pillow per bed with the exception on the master which had 2 and no extra blankets. The fans are all controlled via a remote and the only one that worked was the living room so no ceiling lights in the bedrooms. Patio furniture is iron but some seats were missing the padded seats and the table had not ceramic tile in it so it was not usable. Plenty of extra bathroom towels but only one kitchen towel. Bathrooms all had an almost used roll of TP with no replacement (usually recieve at least 1 new one per bathroom). The stoves markings have been almost completley scrubbed off so you have to guess what your turning the burners too. Check out was 9am which is early for what you pay to stay. We liked have extra space but would not stay here again due to the other things.

Best family vacation!!!

Perfect condo for our family vacation, location was perfect for our family of 8 including two little ones. I had excellent communication with the rental office and questions answered in a timely manner. Plenty of towels and bed linens were provided. Fastest elevators making getting to the beach quick.

Very disappointed with the condition of the condo. Had to clean the refrigerator and some of the dishes had food stuck in them. I had to go buy cleaning suppies to mop the floors. My grandaughter had white socks when we arrived and walked throught the condo to the couch and the socks were dirty. The rug in living room had hair on it and under all furniture there was dirt and paper debris. We were unable to use top bunk because it is just sitting on top of the bottom bunk. They are not attached at all. The twin beds need new matresses, it feels like your sleeping on springs now padding. The place needs a deep cleaning.

Overall good

Plenty of space for 8! Be prepared to clean the floors when you get there. The littles feet were black after only an hour an a half from arriving. Furniture is worn and the cushions on the deck are pitiful. Love Emerald Beach Resort. Owner just needs to hire a new cleaning service.

We were within walking distance of 2 good restaurants runaway Island and Sharkey's, Alvin's Island for shopping and Hidden Lagoon mini golf. The property was as clean as a beach property can get. Sand is to be expected. There were a few lights that didn't work. The bunk beds in the guest room are not fastened together. We didn't use it, but discovered it by accident.All in all, it was a great place to stay.

Reviewer Comments: ReviewThis room was picked for us due to an issue with the owner of the original room cancelling 24hrs prior to arrival. We were “upgraded” to a bigger room with many issues. The first bedroom did not have a toilet seat, the king bedroom had dirty sheets, the balcony door did not lock(safety issue with toddlers), an outlet in the living room did not have a cover(another safety issue with toddlers), the fan in living room did not work, and the floors were so dirty they turned our feet black the first night. None of the gate codes provided worked. Luckily security let us in each time. We were asked if we’d like to stay an additional night and the only reason we agreed was to have one more beach day. Cleaning company also walked into our room without notice prior to our departure. We love Emerald Beach and have come back once a year for eight years, but we will not stay in this room again.
