Set on an acre of beautifully groomed palms, a working date farm is the perfect setting to enjoy all that the Coachella valley offers. The home is perfectly appointed with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. King bed in the oversized master. Queen in bedroom 2 and a full in bedroom 3. Pull out couch for overflow sleeping. Fully-stocked kitchen, cozy linens and all the comforts of home. Relax under the shade of 90 date palms and swing in a chair. You have time. Ask about our 1500 ft Baja packhouse for photo shoots and events. Large pad to park an RV or horse trailer. Caretaker on site. Make this date farm your own! Great stay!

We've stayed here a couple of times before, and we always have a great time. The property is very well maintained and clean, and the owner is super helpful. The house is very convenient to the Desert International Horse Park. We will definitely stay here again!

Super house

We've stayed here a few times while visiting the Desert International Horse Park. It's very close to the horse park, and we love staying here. The house is great, and the owner is very responsive.

Great house, perfect for horseshows!

The house is wonderful and very close to the Desert International Horse Park (1.3 miles). Everything is very clean and updated, and there's a really nice outdoor area with a fire pit. The owner is incredibly nice and quick to respond. We've stayed here before, and we will definitely stay again!

Comfortable

Very clean and comfortable. The place was as described and Jason, our host, was very responsive to any questions or requests. It's a home surrounded by fruit trees so it lends itself to a quiet environment. About 20 min from Indian Wells Tennis Garden which was the focus of our visit.

Convenient Location to DIHP

Very clean and nicely decorated house. As advertised. The location is perfect for those competing at DIHP. Otherwise, not a ton around the house. Private and secure.

Clean, convenient, and great value

This house is amazing! There is space for everyone in my family of 4. Each bedroom has a tv. Master bath is mind blowing with a huge walk-in shower. Kitchen is perfectly stocked with new equipment. Outdoor space is absolutely perfect and inviting. Will definitely stay here again!

Great little place

If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay this is it! The fruit trees and date palms are so beautiful. My 2 kids were very safe to explore with supervision. This place is fully fenced and my kids enjoyed the small play yard and blocks that were there. I will always try to stay here if I come this way again. The owner was so easy to work with and he was very accommodating for my last minute request to book his place!

Great house, very close to DIHP

The house was perfect for our stay while horse showing at the DIHP. It is very clean and well stocked. It looks just like the photos and has a great outdoor area. The owner was very nice and communicative. We will definitely stay here again if we can!
