Cocoonr Agency offers you for rent a haven of tranquility, in the heart of the 9th arrondissement: Le jardin des Docks. An apartment located in a small condominium, on the ground floor. Close to restaurant, bar, Pathé Vaise cinema complex, bakery, highway (car rally simulation), or a walk along the Saône.
The apartment is composed as follows:
- an entrance with storage cupboards and wardrobe.
- A fully equipped kitchen, with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster...
- A first bedroom, facing the street, very well soundproofed, and a wardrobe.
- A spacious bathroom, with double basin, wc, shower.
- A second large bedroom, overlooking the garden area, also with a wardrobe.
- A living room with a sofa, meridian, television, internet, and a small office area. This also overlooks the garden area.
- A garden accessible from the bedroom or the living room, with a shaded area, sofas and table to enjoy sipping an aperitif.
- If you come by car, you can park your car in the garage that links this apartment (an electric vehicle charging station is available in the garage if you wish to recharge your electric car).
Transportation:
- Vaise station metro: Line D, which takes you to Bellecour in 15 minutes
- Bus line: 43 or 31 Jean Marcuit stop.
- Bike terminal
- Motorway axis: direction Paris (A6) or Marseille (A7)
