Welcome to your 2,000 sq. ft. penthouse retreat, where an open-concept living space is flooded with natural light and offers spectacular views. This is the perfect home base for families, couples, or friends looking for an unforgettable beach getaway.

The main living area includes:
* A spacious living room with a comfortable sleeper sofa and a large cable HD television.
* A modern, fully equipped open kitchen with a breakfast bar for your culinary adventures.
* A separate dining area with a table that seats six.
* A dedicated workspace.
* A private, full-size indoor laundry room for your convenience.
* High-speed WiFi throughout the unit.

This penthouse comfortably accommodates your group with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms:
* Master Suite: A spacious sanctuary with a walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and a large private master bathroom.
* Second Bedroom: Features a queen bed, a television, and its own private bathroom with a shower.
* Third Bedroom: Outfitted with two twin beds, perfect for children or additional guests.

Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 2,000 sq. ft. penthouse unit.

Your private outdoor spaces include:
* A magnificent 1,000 sq. ft. private rooftop terrace with nearly 360-degree views of the sparkling beaches, serene bays, and vibrant city skyline.
* Two other private balconies offering more intimate spots to unwind.

You will also have full access to the shared building amenities:

Arrival is made easy with self check-in via a smart lock. For a quick coffee or a bite to eat, the 'Corner Kitchen & Coffee' and 'Mad Beach Poke' are is conveniently located right in the building.

Amazing penthouse condo

Our stay was great. Spacious condo, terrace was great for evenings. We saw manatees and dolphins in the inlet. Definitely would stay here again

Outstanding

What an amazing stay at Nicholas & Holly's penthouse. The location is, of course, perfect (across the street from the beach). But the condo itself is so welcoming, has all the amenities you could possibly need and exceedingly clean. We just left and already can't wait to come back!

Summer 2024 Family Trip

This property exceeded our expectations on every level. Perfect amount of space for our family of 5. Access to the beach is right across the street and the property came with everything we needed for an entire day at the beach: wagon, tent, chairs, coolers, so many towels, and beach toys for the kids. Within 5 minutes of being there we saw three Manatee's in the bay off of our balcony. It is conveniently located near shopping, food, and attractions, and was very easy to find from the Tampa airport. Another bonus was having the huge rooftop terrace all to ourselves that we could watch the sunset from, see the ocean, and relax and stare at the stars at night. I would absolutely recommend this property and would stay here again if we return to the area.

Penthouse Madeira beach is awesome! Very clean, very well kept nice place. They have beach towels and beach chairs and toys for the kids to take to the beach! The 360 beach view is awesome and plenty of private chairs outside! Plenty of space with 7 people we all had our own space and privacy! Only issue and it wasn't that big of a deal is the air. It has to be kept at 72 degrees. As someone who likes to sleep at 66 degrees it took some getting used to. But as I stated not a big deal and would not stop me from booking in the future! They also had plenty of fans available. Awesome vacation! Awesome place!

Highly recommend

We chose this condo because of wheelchair access and location. There is a wheelchair access shower. that you can roll right into. The doorways throughout the condo were wide enough for the wheelchair. All we really had to do was show up with our clothes and food, everything else was furnished. The beds were comfortable. It was a perfect place for our vacation!

Beautiful view spacious property

I couldn’t have been more happy with the property. It was very spacious. This was our first family vacation since adding a son-in-law‘s and grandchildren. We really enjoyed our view the convenience of the property being right in the middle of everything and literally the beach right across the street, waking up in the morning looking at the intercoastal was beautiful watching the sunrise. Our family young and old enjoyed this trip

Wonderful Trip

The penthouse is a beautiful place to stay! We enjoyed the terrace and the view of the ocean and bay were amazing. Manatees visited the bay daily and we were able to get some great pictures! For our trips to the beach we were provided towels, chairs, coolers, umbrella and a cart to put everything in! Holly and Nick are wonderful hosts and were great to work with. They go above and beyond to provide things to make your stay enjoyable. We had a fantastic stay and can't wait to visit again!!

Awesome rental!

Our family had a wonderful experience at the penthouse! The rental is very clean and Holly was easy to communicate with and she responded very quickly! The amenities cannot be beat! If you are looking for a beach vacation, this is the perfect place. The beach wagon, chairs, towels, and kitchen supplies were fantastic. Will definitely recommend and hopefully stay here again!

Best vacation rental ever!

Condo was very nice. Many times the pictures on the internet do not match the condition of the condo. Not this one. Excellent shape. The condo was stocked with the essentials- towels (including beach towels), paper towels, toilet paper- and even salt and pepper. And the balcony/patio- the largest I have ever had a rental. Views of the ocean and the bay. I cannot say enough good things about this rental! We will definitely rent again!

Great family vacation rental!

We had a wonderful stay at the Penthouse in Madeira Beach! It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable! We had a large family group, and everything we needed was there, including beach chairs, towels, beach tents and games for all. Thank you for helping create great memories for our family. This is an amazing place to stay!

I have never in my life had everything you could possibly need be provided! I’m serious. Everything for the beach or personal needs. Chairs, umbrellas, huge tents, toys, etc, I could go on..Literally, everything!! It is in a great location, it is so roomy, the master bedroom is so spacious. Everyone has their space and privacy. There are balconies and rooftop terrace galore!!! And awesome views!!! Do not hesitate!!!

AMAZING Penthouse!

This Penthouse was beyond AMAZING! The owner’s response is right away with any questions or concerns. All keypad entry and easy ! The penthouse had EVERYTHING you would need for a great vacation from the kitchen supplies to the beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys , beach towels coolers and soooo on! You literally need nothing for the beach they have it all! The beds and bedding were absolutely wonderful! Supplies from bathroom shampoos, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and so on ! AGAIN , they have EVERYTHING you need! Plenty of bath towels too! The balconies were three! ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! This Penthouse is huge so if you want your space while staying together you definitely will have it! Close to John’s pass with many restaurants along the way to walk or drive. The cafe below in the same building was wonderful, the food and service was great! We have stayed on Maderia beach since 2015 and this is our Favorite from here on out! Our New “ Happy Place I” in Mad Beach! Thank you again Holly Nicolas for sharing your beautiful Penthouse with our family for priceless family time together! You made our memories one of the BEST! Wonderful!

We enjoyed staying at this property! The location was great, the property was a good size for us and it was very well stocked with supplies. We brought beach chairs and umbrellas but the unit had plenty for all of us and a cart to haul them to the beach. It was close to plenty of restaurants and shops.

Great Views and so close to the Beach!

Great location very close to the beach. It was about a 2 minute walk. The condo we stayed in had enough beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and coolers for the group as well as a wagon for the beach. Beautiful beach boasting wonderful sunsets that you can see from the balcony! We enjoyed the stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant across the street on the beach that came in handy. We ordered lunch on the beach a couple days. And had dinner as well. We visited a cute ice cream shop walking distance as well. There's a coffee shop that sits right in front of the condominium complex named the Sweet brunette that place is amazing! You have got to check it out. I had a latte everyday! Great location, The host was very easy to deal with. We would stay here again. Jennifer T. Michigan

Perfect location!

We had the best time! The location was just across the street from beach access and they had all of the things to make the walk simple and easy! The Sweet Brewnette cafe on the first floor is a famiky fav for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again!

College spring break with kids & friends

Property was amazing, perfect description…. Loved the extra trundle in master so that we didn’t have to double up sleeping arrangements as much…. Loved that there was some necessities included- garbage bags, TP, paper towel, shampoo etc. will definitely stay again if we come back to this area! Thank you also for beach chairs and wagon made for an exceptional experience all around!

Wonderful place!!

We LOVED the penthouse - views were amazing from every balcony/rooftop!! They had everything we needed for the beach and kitchen. Pool was heated. Communication was great. Easy access to the beach. We also loved the organic coffee shop Sweet Brunette below !! Will be back!!
