The only issue with the property was the lack of lighting in the showers, but it was not a dealbreaker. There were some issues with the cleaning crew, but that was not the fault of the owner. The Condo has a wonderful balcony overlooking the pool and is direct ocean front, for a great location for your breakfast / lunch meal. Sam has been absolutely wonderful to work with, from the first contact throughout our stay.

Amazing, as always!

Wonderful stay with family. Sam is an amazing host who is quick to respond when issues arise. Condo was clean and just as beautiful as our last visit. We had a surprise engagement while there. Our granddaughter chose this condo (her favorite) for her graduation trip, so her fella thought it would be a perfect place to propose. We will return!

Great Oceanfront Condo

This was the perfect location for our ladies trip! We were all very comfortable and the layout of the condo was perfect for 4 women on vacation together. The beach access was easy and the condo is stocked with plenty of beach gear, towels and other supplies. Our host was very responsive and answered all of our questions immediately. We had a wonderful stay!

Great place

This is a wonderful place to stay, it has everything you need, and it’s right on the beach. The condo was very spacious for the 5 of us (adults) we never felt like we were on top of each other.. We loved the bar/restaurant across the street “The Reef” Highly recommend…we’re looking forward to going back again this year.

Even though Las Brisas is an older building, condo unit 506 has some nice updates, is well-maintained, and has many amenities.

A spacious retreat with delightful ocean views.

Being on the top floor with large slider windows facing the beach and water created a great place to get away from it all. The interior space was generous and had all the amenities of home. The price was right and the location ideal!

Everything was great ... place was clean .. beach was right out the back door w the pool for when we was ready for a break from the beach perfect location around everything ..kids really enjoyed it and overall a perfect place for a family vacation!!!

Beautiful condo!

Loved staying here. It’s so spacious, decorated beautifully and has everything you need for a beach vacation with a great view. Communication with owner is top notch. Beds super comfortable, 2 big bathrooms, good size bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. Full size laundry room is a nice bonus. Owner has a variety of beach equipment they allow you to use to make the most of the beach days. Already planning our week here for next year.

Great beach location

The property was as described and in a terrific location. Just a few minute walk to Winn-Dixie and many restaurants. Had a slight disconnect on the check in instructions, but was quickly resolved with good communication from the owner. Thanks for sharing yourwonderful property!!

Nice beach condo for 6

Nice location on Madeira Beach. Owner is terrific to deal with and very responsive to all questions. While the building is a little dated, the condo itself is well appointed and very comfortable for a group of 6. Nice balcony facing the beach, lots of beach accessories, well furnished, clean and nice atmosphere overall.

Las Brisas

This was a perfect spot! Extremely clean, beds were comfortable, kids loved it. Waking up to a beautiful waterfront view every morning was spectacular and is very missed. We were lucky enough to see dolphins almost daily swimming by us. Walking distance to everything including John’s Pass. Will definitely be back!!!

Over all we hate a great time. Location is great. Awesome little bar across the street the Reef was very accommodating to the minor parking issue we had. Otherwise amazing weekend .

Amazing Family Trip

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Everything about this condo was great and we look forward to staying again! There are plenty of linens, beach toys and more than enough kitchen supplies in the condo for a wonderful, easy stay. The location was amazing - right on the beach (dolphin watching every morning) and very close to great restaurants and John’s Pass. Host communication exceeded all expectations. Everything was even better than pictured and the kids already can’t wait to stay again!

Perfect family getaway

This property was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space and bedrooms that were cutely decorated. Master bedroom was wonderful and bed so comfortable. Loves the balcony spent so much time out there. We used kitchen to make breakfast everyday and had everything we needed. Laundry and beach toys chairs and umbrella all so helpful. Would totally come back again!
