This pet-friendly 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom beach retreat is clean, airy, and thoughtfully furnished with brand-new
furniture, countertops, appliances, cookware, and coastal decor.

The bungalow is ideal for 2 guests, with a comfortable queen bed, but can sleep up to 4. Enjoy a vibrant, welcoming
space with everything you need for an easy beach getaway, including complimentary beach chairs and beach equipment.

The updated bathroom features a pebble-floor shower, and the outdoor shower is perfect after a day at the beach.
You’ll also have 1 free parking spot, a major convenience in Pass-a-Grille.

Cute property, great location. My adult daughter and I stayed here and loved it. We enjoyed the outdoor lounge areas and loved walking to the beach multiple times per day. We'd love to come back!

Great location and cozy bungalow. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and pans, etc. Beds were comfortable, and there were beach chairs / towels handy as well. Short walk to beach, paradise grill, the hurricane, and dog beach! We had a wonderful visit.

The location was perfect. Just steps to the beach. The outside area was great for relaxing with a good book and catching up with my girlfriend. Pass-a-grille is the perfect place to stay for a quiet beach stay. Planning on returning next year.

Great host and location! Steps to the beach and local restaurants. Having access to laundry was great. Beach towels and chairs are provided so don’t pack. Parking is on the street and whole side of the street is reserved for limited access which was nice. Will definitely go back.

Great location. Home looks a lot better in photos, needs TLC- shabby. Also, saw 3 cockroaches/ palmetto bugs/ same thing, during our stay. The manager was responsive came out to spray right away but saw a giant one again the next day so we cut our stay short. They did refund one day. The property needs a professional fumigation.

Thank you for the kind words about our location. As an Airbnb Superhost running a historic recently remodeled, family-operated property, we want to give future guests the full picture. During your stay you saw one palmetto bug inside, which we came out and took care of immediately. Over the following day, you saw two more outside on the patio and let us know you were unhappy about insects in the outdoor area. Palmetto bugs are simply a part of the outdoor environment everywhere in coastal Florida, and they are not a reflection of the cleanliness or condition of the home, which was freshly renovated. We also pay for active, ongoing professional pest control on this property, which is fully documented. We still refunded a night as a courtesy. The overwhelming majority of our guests tell us how comfortable and well cared for this home is, and we're confident future guests will feel the same. We wish you safe travels.

It’s just steps from the beach and only a block away from all the restaurants, you can’t beat this location!The home was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay — including a washer and dryer, beach chairs, kids’ toys, and even a cooler for the beach. The bed was also super comfortable, and we loved relaxing on the patio seating under the pergola with beautiful water views.Parking was easy with residential street parking always available. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making everything seamless from check-in to check-out.If you’re looking for a relaxing beach getaway, look no further — we would absolutely stay here again!

Hi, i’m Cheryl. I grew up right here on this property in Pass-a-Grille, and it has been in my family since it was built in 1905. This place means a lot to me, and I love sharing the beach, bay, local restaurants, and relaxed neighborhood charm with guests. My goal is to make every stay feel clean, comfortable, and welcoming so you can enjoy the same coastal community my family has loved for generations.


Southern Pass-A-Grille Beach House Bungalows has been welcoming guests to Pass-A-Grille Beach since the early 1980s, when our mother Susan started the business. After her passing in 2003, our sister Lisa Abraham-Charest took over management of our four historic bungalows — the SeaHorse, StarFish, SandPearl, and NorthStar.
Family owned and operated, each bungalow has been fully renovated with modern amenities while keeping the charm and character that makes Pass-A-Grille special. Located on the southernmost tip of Saint Pete Beach, steps from one of the top rated beaches in the United States. Nightly, weekly, and monthly rentals available.
