Relax with ease in a comfortable condo set up for spending time together! Groups can come together around the fireplace to tell stories of the day, or congregate around the full kitchen's breakfast bar. The modern cabin aesthetic goes throughout the entire space, and you'll love finding new details. Cook up something with a sear out on the deck's private gas grill. Younger guests will enjoy relaxing in the upstairs loft area, complete with a desk workspace and an en suite bathroom so guests won't have to go too far. When it's warm outside, the central air conditioning will help everyone stay comfortable. There's a private washer/dryer to help take care of the day's clothes, and board games to help with winding down the rest of the night.

What's nearby:
Wolf Creek Ski Area is a short 29-mile drive where snow enthusiasts will have a blast. There are, of course, many mountains nearby for the group's hiker to explore, including Pagosa Peak (17-and-a-half miles from the home) and the Coyote Hill Trailhead (just under seven miles away). If you're looking for a unique way to relax, the Overlook Mineral Springs Spa (just under four-and-a-half miles from this home) hosts hot mineral springs to help guests unwind.

Nice, spacious place close to town

Spacious townhome close to shopping and downtown. Easy to get to from 160. Well furnished. Only complaint is that the beds are very hard. Not good for sleep.

First time with Vacasa property

The location of the property is very convenient to Pagosa Springs (just a bit west of downtown).. There is easy shopping (car is best), coffee shop w/in walking distance. The property itself is a good size for 2-6 people. Loved having the laundry! Kitchen well stocked with pans etc. There was a little issue with some cleanliness, but the owner made it right - it was not an over the top issue but they can easily rectify the issue. Would I stay here again - likely It is a large recreation area and we were off season so not too many people around - which made it very quiet. The pictures on the listing suggest that there is a vast outlook to the mountains - there is not - but there is large grassy area. If you have kids there is plenty of room for them to run and plan.

Great, comfortable condo with views from patio

Overall condition and cleanliness of the condo was good. Everything was as described. The kitchen had the basics, cups, dinnerware, utensils, toaster and regular coffee pot but if you need a crockpot or blender you'd need to bring your own as of July 2024. We didn't ask about those prior to booking but had assumed they would be there. There are 4 patio chairs and a table on the patio that are not pictured in the online description that were great to have. Beds and pillows were comfortable and plenty of extra linens. Bathrooms had plenty of toilet paper and tissues and some soap and shampoo was also provided. The loft bedroom does not have a TV if someone needs one there. There are extra TV trays if needed for dining and barstools at the kitchen island. Overall the condo is great and we enjoyed the patio in the mornings as we drank coffee and admired the mountains and the hot air balloons lifting off. There is putt-putt golf, volleyball nets, tennis courts,ping pong and restaurants within walking distance. We used the nearby activity center for working out one morning but there is a fee per person so we only used it once. The condo is in a nice complex with plenty of areas to walk.

Amazing place

We had the best time at this location. It was large and spacious. It had a brand new deck with nice furniture and grill. We loved the open kitchen and large eating space that accommodated the 6 in our family just perfectly. The location of the cabin was great as well, near Walmart, other local stores and near all the major attractions. Towns people were wonderful and friendly. We will be back!

Great skiing week!

The house is in a great location and well stocked with towels, kitchen necessities and linens. The beds are comfortable which was nice after a long day skiing. The loft was a bit of an issue putting young kids to bed and using the living room after bedtime. Overall it’s a great property and as described in the listing.

This cute little place was very clean and had comfortable beds! It was a great place to relax while we enjoyed Pagosa Springs. The air conditioner didn’t seem to be working very well while we were there. The condenser is out on the deck. It was very loud when it attempted to turn on and it was looked like something had fell on it and smashed it. The deck also looked as if it could use some repairs too. We did enjoy using the very nice gas grill to cook up some hot dogs.

Comfy and close to everything!

So easy to walk to so many restaurants! This townhome is also near walking paths, playgrounds and is a super short (10minute) drive to the hot springs . The space is very well appointed and the furniture was super cozy!

Wonderful place to stay for skiing

This is a perfect property for a ski trip with friends or family. Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need is quick trip away. Really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this cozy spot.

Cute and cozy

We found the rental to be just as promised in the online listing—very roomy with a comfy living area. The bathroom was large and nicely done. The area was quiet and we even saw some wildlife very nearby. Would definitely stay here again. Two very minor suggestions would be new pillows and softer sheets which would make the king-sized bed even better. Loved our stay here!
