Convenient

Nice place to stay, easy access to Kihei. Convenient to the majority of the island. Having individual AC vents in each room allowed you to get it cool at night and keep it nice in the day.

Much needed family get away

What a lovely condo! Lots of space for everyone and the front patio had a great view of the lawns and sweeping views of the hills of Maui. Great for a quick dip in the pool or across the street to the beach.

Perfect for our family!

We thought it would be important to have a pool, and wow - it certainly was. It was a great way to finish out every day. The pool has a deep end, so you can really have some fun. It was especially cool after dark when the lights are on in the pool, and dark in the sky. The unit was just the right size. We loved it and will likely be back next time!

Great Condo, beautiful gardens

We had a great stay, great condo, beautiful garden-common areas, nice pool and hot tub, great pavilion for BBQ, Foosball, and ping pong. Kids especially loved it.

Great place with an awesome pool

Great condo in a really nice complex with a fantastic pool. Not much in the way of complimentary toiletries or supplies but sufficient. Kitchen is well equipped. House will sleep 6 but not room in the living area for more than 3 adults to be comfortable.

Closets so small

There was not enough closets and we had to keep most of our clothe in the luggage. The closets had equipment from the owner and not leaving room to leave the clothes for the guests.

Would absolutely stay again! The only con I can think of was that there was only 5 forks and six of us stayed there. 😉. I'll take it it over any other problem to have! Mahalo!

Great place in Kihei!

Just watch out for sudden rainfall. Turns the parking lot into mud very quickly lots of local streets closed.

Nice place

This was a good resort in a good location. Overall a very nice site. Great pool. Easy, though a bit of a walk, access to beach. Great barbecue gathering space. We were close to good restaurants and fun drink places. Our unit was a little dated and clearly chose the cheapest options throughout. This might have been a little less obvious if we had not had friends staying in another unit that clearly chose every top of the line option. Their huge shower was probably more than necessary for a vacation spot but just illustrated how basic and out of date the features in our unit were. And please get some seating for adults in the living room! A small futon and two papasan chairs don’t cut it. But overall we really enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful Condo and Property

We had a great time here. The unit was so well decorated and everything seemed new and clean. Perfect to have an upstairs suite for aunty who was able to come on vacation with our family. The unit provided so many helpful items particularly a great wagon for walking across the street to the beach or getting things to and from the car. The Koa Resort property is so beautiful and my preschooler loved the pool.

Great location, nice and clean

The condo is well located, it’s exactly like the pictures and the resort pool is nice at end the day. If it’s your first time in Maui, it’s a good central location to access different beaches and also not too far from the large stores (Costco, Walmart…) If I go back, I will pick that place again.

Great accommodation

Great property just as described. Kitchen is well stocked for the occasion meals at home (can’t come to Hawaii and not enjoy the local food offerings when out and about). This location makes it easy to go to the beaches south and north without a ton of driving. Trade winds were rough in the afternoon this time of year but the beaches up near Lahaina were a little more calm. Enjoyed our stay here with 4 adults and 2 children.

Great location

The pictures portrayed the inside, just as expected. It was very comfortable for me, my husband, and our kids (and spouses). We had a baby with us as well, and the main floor 'master' bedroom had plenty of room for a playpen in the corner. The location is great, very central. We enjoyed ourselves!
