The space:

Start with the outdoor sanctuary of peace and relaxation:
The tropical manicured grounds of Yacht Harbor Village are 2nd to none! With a beautiful onsite marina for relaxing morning and evening strolls throughout the community. Feel safe with plenty of parking and 24 hour gated security.

The Balcony:
Where you can lose yourself in the sound of rustling palms and the sights of the parade of boats on the Inter-coastal Waterway, pool & tropical grounds!

Inside:
There's a casual elegance throughout. Sink into the living room’s sofa or two comfortable chairs, watching your favorite movies/shows on the Smart Flat Screen TV. Or gather around the coffee table and enjoy the views of boats cruising by and the tropical swimming pool.

The Kitchen:
fully equipped kitchen with every appliance you could wish for along with granite countertops and rich wood cabinets. Relax in your bar stool sipping on coffee and your food favorites right at the built-in breakfast bar, all while getting laundry done in your own washer and dryer.

Adventure Out:
Once ready for all the action under the Florida sun; swim or sunbathe at the beach just 1/2 mile from Yacht Harbor Village or venture to Hammock Beach Resort to take advantage of the beautiful grounds, beach and dining. We offer half day, full day and Sunset Cruises.

Attractions:
Many attractions & tourist spots close-by including Marineland, Daytona Beach, historic St. Augustine & Flagler beach and the theme parks of Orlando just 90 minutes away and with quick access to them all via A1A or I-95.

Guest access:
Open access to the beautiful Yacht Harbor Lobby and Tropical Grounds.
