Very comfortable cottage w/ 4 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher.
Outdoor Patio with Hot-tub. Great sandy beach with shallow water for kids.
Yard Games, Kayaks and tons of fun!
Great place to relax and soak up the sun!

Great location in the fall to stay when on a color tour or wine tasting tour.

Can access snowmobile trails from this location. Caberfae Ski Resort is 15 minutes away and Crystal Mountain is 45 minute drive.

Great place to stay and relax. Read a book in front of one of the two fireplaces and use the hottub.

Great Lakefront Property!

We loved this property! This quiet street on a large lake was perfect for young children (who go to bed early and wake up early!). Neighbors were friendly and the water access was exactly right for our kids. The sandy lake bottom and waist deep water allowed the kiddos to play for hours while parents (and grandparents) watched from the dock. There were plenty of inflatables and yard games to keep our family entertained for days. Except for a few spiders, normal for NoMi lake houses, the house was clean and well cared for. Bring your own beach towels, tp, toiletries and trash bags and you should be all set! The owner was quick to respond, helpful with questions and offered suggestions of things to do in the area. We would recommend this property to our friends and hope to be back again next year!

Nice Lake house

The house and stay was overall nice but was expecting more based on pictures and price. We VRBO a lot. Lots of outdoor floats to use which was nice! Mattress on queen bed in double bunk room is a futon mattress so not good for adults to sleep on comfortably. But other beds were fine. The house overall was nice but i and the couple that stayed with us agreed that paying for cleaning service the day before we arrived seemed like they did a poor job. Mouse droppings found on the counter when we first arrived and then a horrible smell behind stove just before leaving. Gordy did call exterminator quickly after I warned him. Outside needs work and is not maintained. Weeds growing up next to porch(just needs weed whipped or sprayed). Weeds in wood chips under tree. Deck has rotted spots marked with duck tape and we poked through a couple small spots just from sitting in chairs. Spiderwebs all Over the white PVC deck railing and side of house. Middle screen door was hard to open and screens have wear and holes. Again, this overall was a nice house but just needs better maintenance for VRBO. Rented a pontoon from Cheryls landing for a day, which was nice. Rainy day was spent at the bowling alley and shopping downtown Cadillac. And the clam restaurant is a must!
