We have very strict rules and guidelines for “events” at this property. Events are defined by multiple items such as extra guests, party rentals, tables and chairs, tents, catering, musicians, DJ's, etc.

~Our cleaning fee provides you with a clean and sanitary living space, heated pool, property maintenance, gardener, pool man, privacy & security, parking, free EV charger, laundry machines, soap/ shampoo/ conditioner/ towels/ paper towels/ toilet paper, blow dryer, iron, coffee, kitchen appliances, cooking utensils and public utilities (clean water/ power/ gas).

Newly added free Electric Vehicle Charging Station in secured parking lot (Tesla's need adaptor).

RULES:
THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. No amplified music. No screaming/ yelling.
No more people on property than agreed upon at time of booking.
Please do not disturb the neighbors.
OUTSIDE QUIET TIME HOURS 9pm to 8am. Including when booked for events. NO EXCEPTIONS, music must be turned off by 9:00 PM or taken indoors.
CLEANING FEE IS NON-NEGOTIABLE. This allows us to provide the same level of exceptional service to all guests.

Less than 5 min away from the beautiful Thousand Oaks Shopping (The Oaks Shopping Center). Minutes away from Hollywood , downtown, universal, Magic Mountain, Malibu, and so many more.

Beautiful, clean home

We had an amazing time! The pool was really nice! Rooms and bathrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was very accommodating. The pictures are excellent and somehow the place was even better than pictured! Will definitely stay here again!

Family Wedding Getaway

This property was perfect for our family of four couples in town for a long weekend for a wedding. It was close to everything we needed and provided all of the comforts to truly relax. It is in a great neighborhood that allowed us to take walks each morning and enjoy the scenery. The communication from management and the owner were great. I would definitely recommend this house and hope to stay there again.

Paradise

This has to be the best Home I’ve ever rented. The house is so clean, easy access to get in and a wonderful host to communicate with. The house is so spacious and the backyard is Extraordinary with an amazing pool. The house sits in a beautiful suburb up near the Santa Monica mountains. What more can you ask for? Shops and restaurants all over the place. I can’t wait to book my next California trip and I’m definitely staying in this house. Thank you so much.

Very nice accommodations

House was great, room for all. Enjoyed having the pool, game table and pool table too. Neighbors were not happy that we were in the backyard after 9:00 pm, swimming, just talking and a few laughs. We are quiet people, quiet time was a little extreme. And yet their dog was barking so much the next morning.

Amazing Property

Just home from a 10 day stay, the property is fantastic with everything you could need. Some extra sun loungers would be good, although we did spend more time in the pool than sunbathing. It would be good if the villa had a travel cot/highchair, We were fortunate enough to be able to borrow theae

Family of the Bride

We had 2 adults and 7 kids ages 13-24. The pool and pool table added a ton of fun to our weekend. Great morning coffee -thank you! Easy freeway access to multiple wedding events, shopping, food, and site seeing/tourist locations. Excellent!

Getaway

We stayed at this property after a few days in Disney before heading to a wedding. The location was great for our needs and the house provided a few days of rest that we all needed. The daily messages from the host about check out were a little much but I’m guessing there have been issues in the past.

Beautiful House/Family Friendly

Our stay was awesome! This house has everything you need, from utensils to towels. Pool has heater for you to enjoy even at night. Booking and communication is great! 1000% recommended.

Family vacation

This place was very clean and in a great neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen fit everyone while we were eating. Pool table was a big hit. We stayed in February so we couldn't get in the pool but it was beautiful. Only thing missing was a full size pull out sofa. It was more of a scissor couch. I would recommend this place.
