This charming home has sparkling restored Terrazzo floors that lend a beautiful shine throughout this 3 bed/ 2 bath beach hideaway. Imagine being on the Siesta Key beaches in 12 minutes. Or head to downtown Sarasota for a waterside lunch or dinner in 7 minutes. The kitchen is elegant with Quartz countertops and tons of storage space for those longer stays and offers Keurig OR coffee maker. The living area indoor space is perfect to relax and read a book- and a 70inch TV for movie night. Outdoor Patio has comfy seating and a cafe table for morning breakfast or afternoon cocktails. Comfort and Convenience is maximized as each bedroom nightstand has power strips and USB chargers. The laundry room is spacious and bright with washer and dryer. Terrific house in Southgate

We really enjoyed our stay, this house is very comfortable, with a nice screen porch and backyard, in a great neighborhood that is close to everything, and only 15 min to watch the sunset on Siesta Key Beach! And Danelle is a wonderful host!

The pictures of the property are exactly what the home looks like. The screened in patio was delightful! We also really enjoyed the front porch swing and the backyard. All of us enjoyed our stay. Convenient location and Danelle was great to work with. Would definitely recommend this home

Second stay just as good as the first

It was a wonderful trip. I even slept through a major storm that came through the area - that's how comfortable the home is.

The house is so nice I extended my stay

Danelle is one of the best hosts I have encountered on VRBO. The home is very clean and well stocked. It's close to restaurants, shopping and beaches. The backyard is fenced in so it's perfect my pups and me. I will stay here again.

Wonderful!

The house was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The owners were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Location was perfect, convenient to downtown and the beach, and within walking distance to shopping (where I became addicted to chocolate croisants at the French bakery :). I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location to access Siesta Key beaches

Very happy with this property! A big plus was that it is almost a straight shot out to SK on Siesta Drive---in a matter of minutes! The house was super clean, all the appliances worked flawlessly and were new, the neighborhood was very quiet and pride of ownership was very evident. Danelle is an exemplary host and very attentive. All matter of stores and services are literally a few minutes drive, but you are insulated from any noise or traffic by virtue of the neighborhood--the best of both worlds. You will not be disappointed in choosing this house as your vacation destination!

Fell in love with the floors and had to restore them back to their original beauty. Terrazzo us one of the most beautiful stone floors and hard to come by- so when I find a home that needs them brought back to the luster they deserve it is hard to say no. Also LOVE the built in's that you just don't find in new homes.
