Charming duplex of 40m2, completely renovated, located on the 3rd floor, WITHOUT elevator, in a very quiet residence, on the port and a stone's throw from the village center with a breathtaking view of the port and the coast. 360° view. From the terrace, you have a front row seat to the arrival of the fishing boats.

You will be steeped in history and you will be in the heart of the landing beaches in Normandy. 4 km from Pointe du Hoc, 12 km from Omaha Beach, 10 km from Utah Beach.
The year 2024 will celebrate the 80th anniversary of the landing.

No need to use the car, 2 steps away, you will find all the shops you need (bakery, butcher, florist, newsagent, restaurants, pharmacy, Superette) and all the leisure activities you need. the weekly market on Tuesday morning.
Fishing port with its 30 trawlers – Treat yourself to the fish market every morning under the fish market.

Very nice appartement

Very nice appartment. Clean. Everything you need is present. The location is super. When on the balkony you can see al the activity in the port. The host Martine was very helpful and had a lot of tips to go to.

nice stay in Grandcamp Maisy

We had a fine holiday in the nicely furnished appartement. The place is good to explore other places in the Normandy. Beeing at home, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the harbour activities and the beautiful sunsets. From the fish market directly at the harbour we had fresh fish for several times. Also, there are some other markets in town. Martine is a very friendly and helpful person. The appartement is clean and everything is like in the description.

Grand Camp Maisy

Hosts were great. Wasn't aware that the bed was so small. Also not aware that the room was 3 floors up with no elevator. Overall good experience. The hosts were particularly friendly, engaging, thoughtful (had food for us after a long trip) and communicative. Highly reccommend this property with the additional information made known as previously mentioned.

We love it

Situated directly overlooking the town harbour and the adjacent beach, the apartment was in the absolute prime location for all the local amenities that includes morning fish markets, bistro, restaurants, the beach, shops, bakery etc.. Coming to visit from England for our holiday was made extremely easy thanks to the exceptionally thoughtful and helpful owners of the apartment, who genuinely appreciate your custom but yet clearly make the extra effort to ensure your holiday doesn't disappoint, and it didn't, the apartment it's modern, fresh, spotless and clean, quality appliances and lovely sleeping quarters, very good clean shower and bathroom facilities, super view from inside and outside on the dining balcony. Definitely recommended and nestled perfectly in the middle of the two nearby D-day beaches (Omaha beach and Utah beach), this makes staying here in Grandcamp-Maisy the ideal location for quick access to everything you'll want to visit in and around this area. 10 out of 10 booking and holiday!

Ons bezoek was in een rustige periode. Het appartement was ideaal gelegen te midden de toeristische plaatsen. De voorzieningen waren super, beter kan niet.We bezochten Arromanches, Omaha Beach, Utah Beach, Cherbourg, Le Mont Saint-Michel.Onze enthousiaste gastvrouw bezorgde ons een aangename ontvangst met enkele verrassingen. Martine est une hôtesse remarquable par son accueil, sa gentillesse et disponibilité. L'endroit est tel qu'il est décrit et tout est fait pour y vivre comme chez soi, propre et confortable. L'environnement est très calme et très beau. Tout est à porter de mains. Nous n'avons qu'une envie, c'est d'y retourner.

Vacanza indimenticabile! Facendo base a Grandcamp Maisy abbiamo potuto visitare posti meravigliosi sia della bassa che dell'alta Normandia. L'appartamento è un vero gioiello, ben diviso e perfettamente attrezzato (c'e' tutto quello che potrebbe servirvi), molto tranquillo e silenzioso. La vista bellissima permette di ammirare sia l'alba (dal soggiorno con la ampia terrazza) che i tramonti sul Contentin (lato camera da letto). Posizione ottima per visitare il borgo, comoda a tutti i negozi ed al mercato del pesce.Martine e Jacques sono padroni di casa meravigliosi, i miglior host mai incontrati. Sono stati attenti, disponibili, cordiali ed accoglienti. Ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per godere al meglio del nostro soggiorno.

Très bon séjour dans ce beau duplex où tout est aménagé avec goût. Résidence très calme avec une magnifique vue sur le port et de magnifiques coucher soleil sur la mer vus de la chambre .Martine nous a accueilli très chaleureusement et beaucoup de conseils pour ce qu'il y a à faire dans cette belle région. Une belle parenthèse normande

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour : le logement, son équipement, sa localisation, son environnement proche et plus éloigné. Martine et son mari ont été très disponibles et attentionnés. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Seul petit bémol : l'aménagement de l'espace salon mais la superficie ne permet malheureusement pas beaucoup d'autres options. Parfait pour un moment en amoureux, peut-être un peu juste à plus de 2-3 personnes.

Très belle vue sur la mer, le port ainsi qu'un beau coucher de soleil le soir sur la mer.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine en Normandie, avec les conseils de Martine nous avons visité beaucoup de sites touristiques. La location est très bien située avec des prestations irréprochables. A recommander.

Très belle situation pour des vacances agréables / Very nice location for a pleasant holiday

Ce magnifique appartement en duplex est parfait pour des vacances reposantes en Basse Normandie. Au niveau inférieur se trouvent la cuisinette avec une grande table à manger, le salon avec TV, le balcon et un WC. Au niveau supérieur se trouvent la chambre à coucher, la salle de bain et un troisième lit pliant dans le couloir. De la partie inférieure, on a une vue parfaite sur le port et la jolie petite ville, la mer et le lever du soleil (petit déjeuner sur le balcon spacieux !), de la chambre à coucher, une vue sur la mer et le coucher du soleil - parfait ! L'appartement est entièrement équipé avec tout ce dont on a besoin et très propre. La situation est très centrale, on peut très bien visiter de là les plages du débarquement, Bayeux et Caen ; la nature magnifique de la presqu'île du Cotentin, Cherbourg et Granville sont facilement accessibles, ainsi que la baie du Mont Saint Michel. Les propriétaires sont très, très aimables et serviables et n'habitent pas très loin. Un grand merci encore une fois à Martine et Jacques ! ------- This wonderful duplex flat is perfect for a relaxing holiday in Lower Normandy. From the spacious balcony you have a perfect view of the harbour and the pretty little town, the sea and the sunrise. The flat is fully equipped with everything you need and very clean. The landlords are very, very friendly and helpful and live not far away. A big thank you once again to Martine and Jacques!

Nous avons bien apprécié la propreté, la fonctionnalité, la terrasse et la belle vue sur le port de plaisance et la mer. Très joli appartement avec vue sur le port.

L'appartement est agréable, et la localisation idéale. Martine nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse. À proximité des plages du débarquement, et le marché aux poissons à deux pas est un plus très appréciable!
