The Space:

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is directly on beach and has 4 direct beach entries. Easy walk to the largest ocean front pool on Hilton Head. This resort offers everything one would want in a beach front vacation. Renovated End Unit Coastal feel 2 bedroom 2 bath beach villa. This villa has an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The master features a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twins that can be pushed together for a couple. Pull out Sofa in Living Room.



Villas offer access to beach, pools, tennis courts, restaurants, and workout center. You are only minutes to beach, largest freshwater pool on island, including children's pool. Jamaica Joe'z Beach Bar. 3 Restaurants at the resort, wide beaches, 10 lighted tennis courts, and conference center. Resort ideal for a destination wedding or family reunion. Free secure wifi, flat screen tvs in living room and master bedroom



2 pools in the resort. 8 tennis courts and 4 pickle ball courts. Coin Laundry located at Tennis Pro shop



Oceanside Properties is located on Hilton Head Island. Guest services are just a call away and you can contact us 24/7 with any questions or concerns.



The Villa is located in an Ocean Front Resort which includes restaurants, gym, ocean front pool and other amenities. Centrally located in a gated resort and steps away to the beach, restaurants, and miniature golf. Local golf courses, miles of bike paths (and bike rental on site), fine dining and family restaurants as well as many other attractions are a quick walk, bike ride or drive away."

Everything was great. The only thing I would have wanted was a couple of beach chairs and beach towels. Otherwise, great place to stay!

Our stay was wonderful! The place is so clean. It has everything you need . We enjoyed walks on the beach, time at the pool, and many games of pickleball. One evening we walked off site to a nearby miniature golf course. I would highly recommend a stay here!

This place is excellent-a short walk to the pool/beach! The condo is exactly as pictured, and clean! We would recommend it to others! The complex hosts daily activities (pool parties, karaoke, movie nights!), and the onsite restaurant had good food/prices.

The condo was very clean and spacious. It was very quiet and peaceful. Having access to the restaurants within the complex was convenient. We enjoyed fishing in the pond outside the condo and made friends with the alligator that lives in the pond. The pool was very nice. The condo was quite a walk to the beach especially when lugging all the beach gear. The balcony was quite small and had a view of the parking lot. The furniture in the condo was not high quality and not comfortable to sit in. The skillet for cooking was quite small and was not in the best shape. We did rent bikes at the complex but it was a 25 minute bike ride to any of the nearby restaurants and shops.

Perfect for family

The beach was awesome, the weather was perfect! I highly recommend this property for families as there is alot to do with beach access and a huge pool. Also dining options on site. The room was clean and updated. A great place for a family vacation.

Practically perfect in every way!

Loved the area and felt perfectly safe and at home from the second we entered. Cozy, but roomy. Slight miscommunication at check-in, but quickly remedied. Chose to drive our gear to the boardwalk where there was plenty of parking instead of walk the distance of a couple of blocks. Waves and sand were perfect. Volleyball court, tennis courts, enormous pool, ice cream in the afternoon... doesn't get much better!

Great fishing pond right by room. We caught around 15 bass. The kids loved it and the playground right by pond.

Excellent and Cozy

We were so impressed with our condo- tennis villa B16. At first I was a little disappointed it wasn't closer to the water, as I thought I booked in the Oceanfront Villas, Building B. However, it was truly perfect. My kids had plenty of room, the location was awesome, and the communication with the propery manager was superb. I enjoyed having two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so we could all spread out a littel more. Thank you for allowing us to stay- we will most definitely come again.

Wonderful stay!

The condo was very clean and as described. I took my three daughters for our annual girls trip and we really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere there. The manager was very responsive when I texted about the extra parking pass (which I forgot was under my daughter’s name, not mine) and the pipe that was leaking. The pool and poolside bar were great, and we enjoyed the beach in the evening, when it was cooler. Would definitely stay again!

Nice Condo

This is a really nice place. The kitchen is nice and had plenty of storage for the snacks that we brought. The living room area is large with enough seating for the four of us. The bedrooms were nice too. I enjoyed sitting on the deck each morning and afternoon, though it is a bit tight with such a large table and large chairs on it. What a great tree just off the deck! My only complaint was having to change two lightbulbs immediately upon arrival (and having to move the king size bed to get to the plug). Otherwise, this was a great place to stay and we would easily stay in this unit again.
