Cozy Court was perfect walking distance to all of the restaurants and shopping in Fayetteville. The location was ideal to explore the new river gorge area. It was close to the bridge and to the visitors center for the park. It was clean and affordable. I would stay here again!

Location was excellent!! We were in walking distance to restaurants and close to everything we wanted to do! My only suggestion would be to turn the air on the morning that guests are going to be arriving. We arrived later and it was extremely hot that night. The rest of the nights were good because we could have the air on all day. Overall a great place to relax after a long day of exploring!

The unit was clean and had everything we needed. It was within walking distance to restaurants. It is in a convenient location for visiting New River Gorge National Park. Check in and out information from the host was great. We would stay here again.

This is probably the fourth time that I have stayed at Cozy Cottage and it continues to be everything that I hope and expect. Centrally located to downtown Fayetteville, clean, Brandie and her husband are remarkably communicative and attentive.I will be back!!

The property is in a great location within walking distance to several restaurants. There was plenty of parking. The property is quiet with no noise from neighboring apartments. There is some street noise if you go to bed early but it was quiet in the later hours overnight. The apartment was a good value for the price we paid. It could use a few cosmetic touchups but it was comfortable and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay.

FAVES: Super responsive and accommodating host! Great location downtown - close to rafting companies and local restaurants. Efficient kitchenette and a Keurig that made lattes...!!Pet peeves: * Plug-In air freshener. I hate these, PERIOD. Easy fix by unplugging but it took a few days to air out. * Mold in the shower grout. Not necessarily a reflection of the overall cleaniliness, which was pretty spot-on. There isn't much air flow in the bathroom area so there's opportunity for improvement there.* Bad internet connection. Definitely NOT a fan of Starlink. The host offered to call the provider but I think a nearby storm system wreaked havoc on everything. We even tried to HotSpot using our phones but that didn't work either.

The room was good. Having a kitchen is helpful when you have dietary needs you need to meet when traveling. While I was out climbing, the room key fell off of my keyring and was lost to the abyss. The property owner responded quickly and had a replacement key to me within 15 minutes. I went and got a replacement for the lost key at Wal Mart later that night.The only problem of note, was that the wifi connection wasn't very strong or secure (not password protected). After the first day, it died altogether. But I wasn't there to work or play on the internet. This was not an awful issue to have in the New River Gorge.

Excellent location, easy to find, perfect directions on where to park & find the lock box. Very walkable to restaurants, shops; short drive to hiking, biking & river activities. Traffic could be a little noisy at times; (occ loud vehicles) but by nighttime, no problem at all.

Small, but comfortable.

The apartment doesn’t have a lot of extra space, but had everything we needed. Location was good for us to explore the National Park and surrounding area. If it hadn’t been raining, there are several restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Well…almost great until the end.

Small apartment above businesses on a road nearby shops and restaurants that are walkable. Easy access to nearby trails and the state parks. Apartment could use a little tlc. However,,,,I am writing this on our last day here at 3am with the windows rattling and the apartment literally shaking from road construction right outside the building. The noise level is almost unbearable from the jackhammering., and thoughts have crossed my mind about just leaving early, since My husband and I won’t be getting any sleep, and this is the 2nd night we had to endure this. I am aware this is nothing the owner has any control over, but do feel like they might have known about the construction beforehand as they left earplugs for us in the apartment. If that is the case then they should have disclosed this and let us make alternate arrangements. Just speculation though, and bad luck.

Hello Stephanie, I hate that there was road construction while you were visiting with us. We were not aware that construction was scheduled. I always leave ear plugs just in case another guest is louder than normal and for traffic on normal nights. I hope you at least loved the area, it is spectacular. Clean and comfortable

Great location, just over a block from the center of Fayetteville. All communication and check-in and check-out went smoothly. The apartment was totally clean and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen counter space was limited -- something to keep in mind if you plan to do a lot of cooking. Nice apartment; I'm glad I stayed there!

Great location!

Great location, convenient to park and restaurants in town. Clean space with all the essentials. Friendly and helpful owner who worked to resolve a problem immediately and also made great suggestions for the area.

Perfect “home base” for many nearby adventures

This little apartment, tastefully decorated, is in the middle of everything to do in the area….walkable to restaurants and shops, close drive to gorgeous gorge hikes and river activities.

Excellent communication from the owners. Comfortable and very clean furniture. Has all of the amenities needed. Good job at remodeling the place. Great location to restaurants, local shopping and the New River Gorge Bridge. Would stay there again without hesitation.
