Five Dove 176 is located in the very popular subdivision of Royal Sands. Right on the Gulf of Mexico, this location has it all: a boardwalk over the sand dunes directly to the beach, two shared pools for you to use, and one is across the street, with a shared hot tub. This beautifully decorated, newly built home also comes with a six-passenger golf cart (short term stays only) for the length of your stay; wake up in the mornings, grab your coffee, and jump in the cart and drive over the boardwalk to the beach and watch that gorgeous Port A sunrise … You will not be disappointed …

The front porch is very inviting, spanning the length of the front of the house, with chairs to sit out on and enjoy the salty air.
Enter the front door and take the first left into a hallway; back to the left again and it is BA1) a full-size bath with a tub/shower combo and quartz countertops with a sink.
Out in the hallway to the right is BD1) complete with a full-size bed, nightstands with lamps, a closet, and a smart TV.
Back down the hallway behind the charming barn door is the spacious laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your use during your stay.
Step out into the garage, and it has been transformed into a game room, with a pool table, dart board, and a few beach toys for your enjoyment. Back inside, the entryway opens up to vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows, to bring in the ocean sunshine to the open concept of living, dining, and kitchen area.
The living area has a very comfortable couch, with a matching love seat, a coffee table, and a TV with Spectrum cable, and Wi-Fi.
The sizable dining table has seating for six, with additional seating for four at the kitchen bar.
The kitchen is delightfully decorated with colors of the ocean in the back splash, quartz countertops, new stainless-steel appliances, a regular drip coffee maker, and everything you need to prepare those fabulous meals for your family.
Out back is a huge back porch, with a porch swing, several chairs, and a charcoal grill. Back inside to the left is BD2) the master; it has a king bed, nightstands with lamps, a chest, and smart TV. The ensuite BA2) full bath has a lovely tiled walk-in shower, quartz countertops with dual sinks, and a closet.
Back to the living room and up the stairs to the left is BD3) This bedroom has a set of twin beds, a nightstand with lamp, a chest, a closet, and a smart TV.
Down the hall to the right is BA3) a full bath with a tub/shower combo, a quartz countertop with a sink.
At the end of the hallway is BD4) complete with a set of twin beds, nightstand with lamp, a small chest, a closet, and a smart TV.

Parking for 3. Parking is not allowed on the street or grass. *Boat parking permitted ONLY in driveway, NO ATVs or RVs allowed as per the HOA
ALL boats and watercraft must be parked fully in the driveway with your automobiles. Drive length will accommodate up to 24'. NO parking on road
