And, this corner unit is located just a few steps from the complex pool. You'll love this 2-bedroom modern beach retreat that can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. With a location that makes it walkable to dining, shopping and the beach, this home-away-from-home features everything you need to have an amazing 30A vacation

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed with, TV and private bathroom. Tub/shower combination.

Head down 30A to Lakefront Road. Take Lakefront to Beachfront Trail and you'll find Walton Dunes Beach Access

Heron's Watch:
Heron’s Watch is a beautiful gated complex in Seagrove Beach near Eastern Lake. Enjoy the private pathway to access Eastern Lake for paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing. There's even a place to rent kayak and canoes right next door at Yellowfin Ocean Sports. Grab your gear and you can paddle or kayak your way from Eastern Lake right to the Gulf waters. The complex backs up to Point Washington State Forest for ultimate privacy and relaxation. Grab a lounger and relax by the pool with a cool drink. Have a picnic on the lush green lawns after you grill up a BBQ feast on one of the community grills. You're minutes from everywhere you want to be at Heron’s Watch.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods and 1 liner in each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

My sister and i celebrated our bday together her 53 me 61 the place was clean smelled cleaned and to boot the staff was amazing and sooo friendly from texting me to ask if everything was ok and if i had any question to contact them yes i will most likely come back again!!

The management company was beyond great, especially that we had a more delicate situation where our previous accommodation didn't work and we needed to find something urgently, they were very helpful. My only concern about this unit was the pretty soiled carpet from the bedrooms and the area rug in the living room, other than that very nice place with very comfy beds.Thank you!

Mother-Daughter Getaway

We had a lovely time in our favorite neighborhood. This is the third time we have chosen this complex and it's for good reason. So convenient to everything. This unit has the most comfortable beds and pillows. Very straight forward (nothing superfluous) and easy to settle-in to. There is very little privacy in this unit because of it's location & my only negative is that no coffee was provided. I would have loved to have had at least 1 or 2 to start our first morning after our late arrival the previous day.

Fun trip with kids!

We enjoyed the location of the property. It’s relatively close to Grayton Beach State Park, Seaside, Grayton but still feels like you’re away from the crowd at night. The property was clean and we had no issues. We enjoyed our stay.

Best stay at a short-term rental

Everything (appliances, fixtures) were clean and new. The process was clear and smooth. I couldn't ask for more, it was a great stay.

Awesome place!

This was a very cute decorated condo, the location was great, walking distance from Old Florida Fish House and some other cute sops, coffee places and ice cream places. Very good overall!

Great condo

Great condo. Clean and very comfortable. A little bit too far from the beach (espy since the beach parking lot has room for 10-12 cars) the walk was not too terrible for us but not ideal for families with small children

Spring getaway

The condo at Heron's Watch worked for our party of three. We wanted to get away from Ohio and love the 30A area. My husband and I worked remote during the two weeks we stayed We took many1/2 days of vacation plus with the time difference we were off work by 3:30pm., so we had plenty of time to do the things we wanted to do. We visited Seaside, Rosemary Beach, 30A Farmer's Market in Rosemary Beach, Grayton Beach, The Hub, Grand Boulevard and of course the beautiful beaches. For beach days, we utilized the Santa Clara Regional Beach access. It was about 6 minutes from the condo and had parking and restrooms. The pros about the place; nice furnishings, quiet complex, easy check-in/check-out process, and great location. Some suggestions: the carpets in the bedrooms and rug in the living area needs cleaned. Both are very dirty. Also, one of the reasons we book a place with a kitchen is to use it, so please leave some space in the cabinets for grocery items since there is no pantry. We had to rearrange things in the cabinets to make room. Plus, there are way too many cups/glasses and bowls. I think we counted at least 80 cups/glasses and more bowls than necessary. All in all the place worked for us. The condo complex is next to the Old Florida Fish House which has an amazing atmosphere and food. We walked to dinner three times. You can also walk to a coffee house and a place to get ice cream (even though the Blue Mountain Creamery is better). We visited the Shops of Grayton and discovered the Black Bear Bread Co. The pastries were amazing. We went back several times and tried several different things. Also we saw a real black bear one night on our way back from the Perfect Pig in Gulf Place. We were not expecting to come to the beach and see a bear.

Last minute vacation before back to school

Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean and very functional with lots of storage for items. We liked having the pool right outside our room. Overall, it was great. Things to keep in mind... The beach is a pretty long walk away with parts not having a sidewalk. With children, this was something that played a factor for us. We had a wagon to pull our beach stuff with. The other thing was dealing with people above that you could hear all their rustling and footsteps/kids running. If you want to shop and get parking, it was a bit of a chore. The local areas near the beach charged for parking and there were a lot of people. One day we drove to Panama city and there is much more shopping opportunities there. We went to Destin twice to do activities there and eat. We have stayed at a lot of different places along this area of the gulf and this was the clearest water we have ever seen. We seen lots of stingrays in the morning and dodged jellyfish in the afternoon. Overall, it was a great time, but in the future since we have kids we would probably stay closer to more activities.

Location is quiet and feels secluded but it is quite a walk to the beach, so bikes or cart would be preferred. Management company is hard to get hold of if you happen to have any issues. I had some small ones and they were non-responsive. Not a deal breaker as the issues were small, but still...

Great setup in a great place

This place made our stay easy and fun. It was comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed. Looks better in person than the reviews, and convenient to some local shops and restaurants on foot.
