The Space:

Stepping through the double French doors, you'll find Gulf views from the balcony of this cheery Caribbean corner condo. Inside, the home features smart furnishings, beautiful floors, and a full kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the utensils you'll need to cook an extraordinary meal for your guests. Head down to the water for an afternoon playing in the surf then spray off the sand with the outdoor shower before kicking back with a good book and an iced tea out on the balcony.



Things to Know

Internal stairs will not be accessible (please use external stairs). The daily timeframe of construction for the stairs will be from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday (possibly some Saturdays).



Guests must travel by car to reach this condo.

A sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space.

Outlet covers are available to protect younger guests.

This is a non-smoking property.

Family Friendly Location

This was our first stay in Santa Rosa Beach. The unit was in a great location with numerous eating destinations within walking distance. The beach was pristine, weather was great and crowds were just about the right size. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great Place to stay!

We have stayed at Gulf Place several times and this was a great unit. Balcony was larger than some we have had. It was well equipped and comfortable. Easy access to the beach and great view from our balcony!

Nice condo with great location- few items to note

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The 2 things that we encountered that weren’t so pleasant was the musty smell in the condo and the TVs. The one in the bedroom we couldn’t get working at all and the cable or service in the main living room was spotty at best. I know mustiness is hard to deal with in a constantly humid environment but it smelled like it was in the rug and the duct system.

Nice place

We were looking for somewhere to stay for the evening after spending the day at the beach. This place was great. There were minor things that need to be updated. The beds were very comfortable.
