A great play to stay! We visit this area annually to ski and fish. Perfect for 4 couples. Clean, well laid out, comfortable beds. Hot tub was great for soaking. The front and back porches were awesome hang out spots as well. Short drive to the Arkansas, Salida and Monarch. Jeremy was always responsive. We've already booked for next year!

Absolutely fantastic all around! The host, Jeremy, was communicative and a pleasure to talk with/coordinate with. The house is beautiful, clean, open, stylish, nicely furnished, and comfy. The layout allowed our group of 7 to have our space yet gather together for food, games, conversation, and fun in the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Loved the large windows as the views all around are outstanding. Hot tub was perfect and perfectly placed for the view. The house location near both Buena Vista and Salida allowed us access to many activities, yet we felt away from it all. This experience was such a treat for our family. We all give our top ratings and hope to come back!

Yes for both. Could have had another cloth kitchen towel or two, but thanks for the paper towels. Also, a dish rack for drying would be an added convenience. The spices, chips, oil and other sundries were much appreciated!

Stunning property and beautiful home. Spent three nights here for a girls weekend and this property did not disappoint. The kitchen had plenty of storage space and all the things you could possibly need. Everyroom had a gorgeous view and plenty of space to fit 2 people comfortably. We had a few issues during our stay. Jeremy was very responsive and helped correct matters quickly and kindly. We have absolutely no complaints. Book today, it will not disappoint.

Jeremy’s Nathrop, Colorado rental was absolutely perfect! The home is surrounded by breathtaking beauty—from snow-capped mountains to rolling fields—and we were even visited by deer that came so close we could almost touch them.We spent a day at Mt. Princeton Hot Springs and had a blast soaking in the 101-degree pools while the crisp mountain air sat at 35 degrees. It was such a unique and refreshing experience!Jeremy’s house was ideal for our group of 8. It was spotless, well-stocked, and the beds—though they felt firm at first—molded to our bodies and turned out to be incredibly comfortable. I slept amazingly well!Jeremy himself was a wonderful host. He was so friendly, brought us wood, and even taught us how to light the fireplace with ease, which made our evenings extra cozy.This stay was everything we hoped for and more. We will definitely be back!

A beautiful home with amazing views, amenities, and plenty of privacy, tucked away in the foothills of the Collegiate Peaks. This stunning home is perfectly situated between Buena Vista and Salida which provides access to boutique shopping, world class river rafting, phenomenal mountain biking, and plenty more! You don't want to pass on the opportunity to stay here! Our family had a wonderful time and we can't wait to visit again!

Incredible Property!

I’ve never taken the time to write a review for a vacation rental before, but this property is so outstanding I just had to say something. The property location is unbelievable. Amazing views of the surrounding peaks, secluded from other properties, and the house is perfectly clean and well appointed. My group and I found the property to be even better than the listing looks - which is really impressive. Jeremy (the host) was very helpful, and easy to deal with. My group all agree - this is a can’t miss booking for anyone vacationing in the area.

Girls ski trip

The home was amazing. So beautiful and clean. The hot tub was also amazing. We loved everything about the home. Living room furniture was sooo comfy. Can’t say enough about the furnishings and the home itself because was so pretty. Also Jeremy the property manager was very very good also. We had trouble with the coffee pot and Jeremy brought a new one over with more coffee, creamer and also more firewood. He was wonderful. Hope to come back next year

Absolutely Amazing!

Our family stayed for an entire week! The house was exactly as pictured!! Beautiful layout and amazing views! I’m not sure we have ever seen such beautiful scenery from every single angle in this house! It’s perfect and the outside is just as nice, very clean and well kept property! The kids loved the snow and enjoyed having a place to get out and explore. Monarch Mountain was a short 30 minute drive and was perfect for tubing, snow mobiling, and skiing! We also took a trip up to Breckenridge, which only took a little over an hour. The Royal Gorge was also amazing and not a far drive either. Perfect location to so many attractions! We will return!! Thanks for sharing your beautiful place with us!

Wow, what a place!

2025 was our 16th year spending spring break in Chaffee County from the Denver metro area. We've rented many places over the years so I think our opinion has been earned. This is the place.Jeremy was an absolutely fantastic host - even leaving some aloe just in case we got burned spring skiing Monarch. His location can NOT be beat. We spent time in Salida, Poncha, BV and on the mountain. The property is central to all of it. But we enjoyed spending the most time in this beautiful home with views (very literally) for miles. Modern design, ultra-peaceful location, quiet and very, very well kept. The hot tub was exactly what we needed after skiing/riding all day - and it was immaculate! I sure hope it's available for our trip again next year. Thanks Jeremy!
