Step inside and there is an open combined floor plan with an airy living room, dining, and kitchen. The living room features a queen sleeper for an additional two guests and a flat-screen TV with ample seating for all. Directly across from the living room is the dining area that comfortably seats 4 to 6. The full-size kitchen is off the dining room with granite countertops, a full refrigerator, an electric stove, and dishwasher complete for all of your cooking needs. Off the kitchen is a newly added full bathroom with a walk in shower and single vanity. There is a newly added laundry area with under counter full size washer and dryer as well as an enclosed outdoor shower as well.
Also on the first floor is the king primary bedroom with a flat-screen TV and double door access to the screened-in front porch. There is one full-size bathroom with a shower only on the first floor. Stairs off of the living room lead to the bonus sleeping loft that features a queen bed to sleep two more guests and features a dresser and closet as well. (sleeping loft is open to first floor level). There is an additional second loft across the home with a ships ladder access and it features a kids lounge hang out area, perfect for reading an afternoon book.
