"Beautifully furnished and perfectly located" describes this lovely 1BR Pilot House condo located at The Village of Baytowne Wharf! With a king bedroom, a pullout sofa, and two full bathrooms, this property will comfortably accommodate up to four guests.

Our family room is comfortable and cozy, featuring a pullout sofa, an HDTV and complimentary WIFI. For a quiet place to relax, step out to the furnished balcony and enjoy the tropical resort view. The fully stocked kitchen provides all the dinnerware, cookware and gadgets you will need to prepare a meal for guests. Our master bedroom features a king bed with a luxurious pillow topper and an HDTV. And with two full bathrooms, our condo easily accommodates unexpected guests!

Tram service is included, so head on over to the beach and spend an afternoon in the sun - it's only a 10-12 minute ride from the front door. You will enjoy the remarkable tropical swimming pool complex located a few steps away! There is a sparkling blue lagoon style swimming pool, hot tub, cold tub and grilling area. A full exercise room is available to our guests at no charge.

The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at the Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time. Our newly furnished condo at Pilot House on Baytowne Wharf Boulevard is truly the perfect choice for your vacation!

NOTE: Please add the following to the nightly rate - Cleaning $135, Processing Fee & Damage Waiver $93, $7/night Transportation Fee, Tax 12.0%. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Just a cute condo! We were very pleased with how well it was decorated and how clean it was. The balcony is so large and private. Comfortable bed and 2 full bathrooms. Perfect location!! Restaurants and bars all in walking distance including tennis and pickle ball courts. You can rent bikes right there! We'll be back for sure.

Very good location in the heart of Baytowne Village, close to everything. The condo has a large balcony overlooking a garden with tall trees. The pool and surroundings are beautiful. The main complain I have is the unconfortable matress in the bedroom. In addition, the toilet seat in the master bathroom was not fixed to the floor, creating a squeaky noise when use it. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this condo.

Excellent!!

Condo and resort were very clean and the location is A+. Condo is close to the pool and shuttle pickup. Would definitely recommend!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location. Tough parking the garage has really tight spaces. Everyone checks in at once and there are not enough luggage carts so we had to make three trips to the third floor. Linens were clean but rest of unit not so much. Bed needs to be replaced.

We made reservations as a gap stay waiting for the house we rented for the Winter to come open. Our stay was great! The condo was close to everything going on in the Village. The condo was spotless, and when we had a question about our door code, our question was quickly answered by the management team member. We made reservations at Rum Runners, a restaurant across the street for New Years Eve. The meal was wonderful and atmosphere perfect! The drone light show and fireworks at midnight, SPECTACULAR! We are already planning our next stay, maybe even staying the winter there!

We Loved Our Little Condo

My sister has been coming to Destin for years but has always stayed at another property. It was unavailable for this trip. That said, we loved this little condo. It was clean and up to date. The location was great, along with the pool! The tram was a nice touch but the beach was so very crowded. The unit manager, Neal, was responsive but we asked about beach service and didn’t get much detail. We were new to this particular area so specifics are helpful. Our condo door code wasn’t under my codes like I read it would be but Neal was quick to respond when I asked about it. Such a great trip!

Great Location

This was great location to Baytown Wharf activities . There where plenty of walking paths, places to eat ,parking and great pool. I would definitely stay again in this unit .

Good but needs some more communication and attention to detail.

My wife and I enjoyed the location of our stay. There’s tons of restaurants to eat at, the beach is very close with loads of parking, and there was a large pool within walking distance. The cons are few but noticeable. There is only one roll of toilet paper for the bathroom which for a week long stay is not enough. There was only one extra trash bag and one dish washer pod. The parking deck is supposed to be only one car per room rented but it was not enforced which left us with about a half mile walk from the “alternate parking lot” which was also full. The bed in the room had a large staple sticking out of the box spring that cut both myself and wife on the leg. I would recommend this place however bring your own paper products and check for sharp objects on the bed…

Super clean property

This listing is about 15 mins away for the board walk in Dustin. We love the location because the resort has a lot of restaurants and a club on the site. This is the 3rd time we have stayed on the property and this unit was SPOTLESS. Only thing I would say is bring a eye mask if you want to sleep in because the sun shines in the master bedroom in the am. I’m absolutely booking again!
