This lovely third-floor condo (42 steps) is nestled among the beautiful live oaks and palmettos in picturesque Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. The back deck offers a front-row seat on the Plantation Course’s 18th fairway which is perfect for taking in the abundant wildlife like herons, egrets, turtles, and more. This condo is just what you need for an unforgettable getaway to unwind and experience the kind of relaxation that can only be found on Edisto Beach. The updated kitchen features full-size appliances and beautiful Corian countertops. A bright and poised interior is beaming with joyful sunlight and charisma providing a lovely reminder that you are at the beach and to savor the peace of your vacation. Enjoy one of Wyndham's three pools, playground, and fitness center, for an additional fee.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This vacation rental is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's, and golf carts are not allowed inside of the resort.
Wyndham amenities are available for purchase for an additional fee from the Wyndham Cafe but there is NO GUARANTEE due to limited passes per day. Wyndham Amenities are shared pools, tennis, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground, and Beach Cabana.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Place was not very clean. Dead bugs everywhere, rugs/carpet were very old and worn, dirty. Shower curtain in main bedroom was covered in mold.

Wonderful rental!

We loved this rental it was very homey, we liked the beachy decor, whenever at a very quiet location! I suggest leaving heavier stuff you pack down on your car unless you’re a very active/strong person since it is on the top floor though! We definitely got a leg work out with those steps! Not a bad thing for us personally, but if you’re unable to walk up a bunch of steps I’d suggest making sure you get one closer to the ground.

Improvement needed

The patio chairs were broken and unusuable. Outdoor entrance very dirty; unwelcoming. Bedrooms and bath nice except for spider in bed. Towels were awful.

Peaceful and Quiet!

The location of this property is so peaceful. We love sitting on the balcony watching the birds and the deer. The unit is equipped with everything you need. We have stayed here for many years and wouldn't consider another unit. Love it!

Great for a wedding weekend

We rented this place for a wedding weekend in Edisto. It was cute and a perfect fit for the weekend. It was at the top of the condo structure so be prepared to climb four flights of stairs to get up there.

Older condo but well maintained

Other reviewers have mentioned the number of stairs to reach the entrance. When you arrive and look up, then you realize... The climb was a little more than we anticipated. Pack accordingly to make sure all items can be handled by one person or be prepared to team-carry. You get used to the climb after a couple of days. Parking is very tight in the immediate area of the condo, however, spaces were not assigned from what we could tell, so we parked in a nearby area that was more easy to maneuver. I had a double-cab pickup with an 8-foot bed and a receiver bike rack, so I needed a little more room to maneuver. The condo was clean and well stocked. I don't know when it had been cleaned/staged, but there was some light surface dirt on the kitchen counter and refrigerator (white paper towel test). I still give it 5 stars on cleanliness. Bathrooms were clean and stocked as advertised, and everything worked. These condos are known for letting you learn your neighbor's business - especially if you are on the lower floors where you hear the neighbors above. Since this condo was on the top floor, it is very quiet. The kids' room is even more quiet because it is upstairs (two-story condo). This condo is quite tiny (as are all the condos in the immediate area). It will sleep 5 people (e.g., 2 adults and 3 children), but the main living area would be very crowded with 5 people. Everyone is different, but small parties would do better here.

Clean and comfortable

Nice little two bedroom condo. Is quite a hike up the three long flights of steps but has a nice view. Small but comfortable place. Be sure to bring coffee filters when you bring coffee. The coffee maker doesn’t have a reusable filter. Only criticism. Would be nice if that was provided. Everything else we needed was there and provided.

The condo had everything we needed. It was very clean and we loved the area. The residents/guests and employees were friendly. Loved the fact we could rent bikes and ride to the beach. Only cons; We couldn’t get the tv in the master bedroom to work, the balcony door wouldn’t lock and the upstairs queen bed was a little uncomfortable but overall very pleased with the place.

Not at all like they represent themselves.

The hotel is tucked back on a street hiding so difficult to find that my Google map couldn't find it. I understand that they have a check in time for a specific reason, to allow housekeeping time. But in all fairness, I had the reservation for three weeks. I got there 20 minutes early and they wouldn't allow me to check in. Not in 20 minutes early. The hallway and one working elevator was filthy and muggy hot. They room itself was clean which was a surprise. The bed was comfortable. The shower didn't have much water pressure though. And the bath took forever to drain. Overall....I wish I could have checked it out before I paid. 👎👎👎👎

Best place on the island!

We loved this condo. It was a 1 mile walk from the gorgeous ocean beach, a 1.2 mile walk to the Sound beach, less than half a mile from the harbor (fish shop, two bar-restaurants, bike and kayak rentals, and eco-tours), and just totally beautiful on its own. Peaceful, quiet, great view, sweet & private balcony, perfectly furnished, clean, adorable, and excellent wifi for working "from home". Everyone in the neighborhood was SO nice, too! We really had the best possible time there. Thank you so very much. We hope to return soon! 😊

Great place!

Super great condo! Was perfect for a week at the beach. It is at the top of stairs (about 4 flights), but that wasn’t an issue for my group. The cleanliness wasn’t the best. There was already sand on the floors when we came in, there was a mystery hair on one of the towels left to use, and there were some food wrappers on the floor in the room I stayed in. So pretty clean, just not as thorough as I’d prefer.
