This second-floor Bay Creek Villa offers great views of Big Bay Creek and boasts an exciting beach-inspired interior. Take a break and enjoy the views from your private covered balcony and soak up the atmosphere. Perfect for small groups or families, the complete kitchen is ideal for a Lowcountry feast. If dining out appeals to you, Pressley’s is just next door at the marina. Only a 10-minute walk to the beach or enjoy time spent in the seasonal community pool. Stay a while and enjoy the inclusive benefits of a stay at Bay Creek.

THINGS TO KNOW
This vacation rental is located in Bay Creek Villas. Boats, trailers, and golf carts are not allowed.
Bay Creek pool is open seasonally and is generally closed from October - April.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This is the worst codo that I have ever stayed in booked through VRBO. The furniture was so worn out and dirty. Bathroom vanity was rotten around the bottom and the ceiling has been spray painted to try and cover brown patches where it has leaked, the LVP is coming up off the floor and neither sliding door locks would work, a stick in the runner is the lock. The complex is in need of paint and general repairs. The kitchen counter and faucet has been updated and microwave. The dishwasher is so loud that you can't talk above the racket it makes. I was very disappointed in the condo. If it was updated and taken care of it would have been a good place to stay.It also smelled like cigarettes when we opened the door.

Won’t use Vacasa again.

We loved Edisto island. The condo was cute but Vacasa failed terribly. Not one issue my family had while there was resolved by Vacasa. To shorten it down, apparently everything is the property owners fault and then you’re just left in the dark during your stay.

Great place

Fabulous Location and view!

Loved the location of the condo. It’s an easy walk to Pressleys restaurant and you can stroll the marina. Lots of beach parking available nearby. Small but cozy for a family of 4 or 5! Enjoyed our stay. Plan to return!

Great location

Condo was very clean, perfect size for 2 couples. Plenty of room, nice view of the marsh from the patio, and comfortable furniture. We did not utilize the kitchen but it seemed well equipped. The location was perfect for us as it provided marina access to the sport fishing boats. The area was very quiet at night, the restaurant on site was very good, and the staff at the marina were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!
