Reserved parking spot and easily walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Also located directly between Sunset Beach Park and F&M Park, for a nice sunset picnic or for the kids who need to burn energy on the playground.

Great location! Beach across the street, downtown a block away, short drive to tip of peninsula and out to Sleeping Bear Dunes (a must see). Plenty of space and two good sized beds.

If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, close-to-downtown and the bay, this is it! The furniture and beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of towels and blankets available. It is clean and well cared for. The kitchen is well-stocked and a good size as is the dining area. John and Amanda are good hosts and respond quickly to any questions/needs. We hope to be able to stay here again on our next trip.
