Bay View Downtown Condo! Over 1,200 sq ft of spacious open floor plan ready for you to enjoy. Sleeps 6 comfortably and has plenty of room to spread out. Reserved parking spot and easily walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Also located directly between Sunset Beach Park and F&M Park, for a nice sunset picnic or for the kids who need to burn energy on the playground. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, close-to-downtown and the bay, this is it! The furniture and beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of towels and blankets available. It is clean and well cared for. The kitchen is well-stocked and a good size as is the dining area. John and Amanda are good hosts and respond quickly to any questions/needs. We hope to be able to stay here again on our next trip.

Quick Trip Up North

Great location! Beach across the street, downtown a block away, short drive to tip of peninsula and out to Sleeping Bear Dunes (a must see). Plenty of space and two good sized beds.

We traveled to Traverse City with 3 other couples. We wanted to enjoy early Michigan fall. We played gold and pickleball, toured wineries, and enjoyed the food in delightful local restaurants. Traverse City is a delightful area to wander and shop!

My friends and I came to TC for a 40th birthday celebration and we had a fabulous time! The condo was perfect - great location, roomy, comfortable, and clean. Cousin get away

We rented this property for a 2 night stay and loved it! The main living area was spacious and the table was perfect for games at night. The beds and bedrooms were clean and comfortable as well. We had one minor issue with the shower and John was super helpful and took care of it right away. We would absolutely stay here again!
