Welcome to Copper Top, a luxurious single-story 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home located in the charming Sea Isle subdivision on Galveston’s tranquil West End. With space to accommodate up to 8 guests, Copper Top offers the perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and coastal convenience—just a short three-minute drive to the beach.

Luxury touches abound at Copper Top, where you can unwind on one of two expansive covered decks while enjoying the soothing sounds of the Gulf and refreshing ocean breezes. The home sits on two fully fenced lots, offering privacy, space, and plenty of room for outdoor relaxation. Downstairs, a large covered patio area provides shade and seating, plus a charcoal grill and an air-conditioned man/woman cave with a half bath—ideal for cooling off or playing games after a day in the sun.

Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living space that’s both stylish and welcoming. The gourmet chef’s kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a 6-burner gas stove, and a large island with bar seating—perfect for preparing and sharing meals together. A round dining table accommodates the whole family, making it easy to gather for dinner or game night.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished for comfort. Two guest bedrooms offer king beds, while a third has a twin bed with a pull-out trundle. The highlight of the home is the spacious master suite with tray ceilings, private deck access, a walk-in closet, and a luxurious en suite bathroom featuring dual vanities and a double walk-in shower with two shower heads. It’s the perfect private retreat after a day at the beach.

The Sea Isle community offers even more ways to enjoy the outdoors, with a public park, tennis courts, picnic pavilion, bait shop, convenience store, restaurant, and a community pool available with purchase of a pass. Popular island attractions like Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, and The Strand Historic District are just a short drive away. Spend your days beachcombing, fishing, or exploring the best of Galveston’s dining and entertainment.

The Sea Isle Pool is open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. Guests must call Sea Isle HOA at to obtain pool passes. The pool passes are available for a fee. They are open Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm.

Great house and location!

The house was very roomy and was perfect for our family vacation. The outside area was amazing and we enjoyed the games that they provided. The beach access is close by and the location was great. The house is stocked with everything you need and I will definitely be back!

Great property, nice neighborhood

Wonderful home, comfortable beds, nice kitchen, quiet safe neighborhood, close to beach parking lot that has plenty of parking spots (we thought too far to walk with all the beach gear bit could be done without) ….. but heads up -only one towel per person ! Overall wonderful and we would stay again!!

Beautiful and Spacious!

Gorgeous home with so much room for everyone. The whole family had a place to gather and eat, cook and play games. The fenced in yard was wonderful for our pets and smaller kids. Definitely returning to stay here.

Great House In Sea Isle!

This was a great house for kids, parents and grandparents alike. Close to the beach, great fenced outdoor space downstairs, and plenty of room upstairs. As others have said, there are limited supplies, but it was just enough for us for the 3 nights we were there. Would definitely come back!

Excellent Beach Getaway

The whole experience from start to finish was superb. The house is gorgeous and beautifully appointed with a great layout. The yard is fully fenced in and huge which our dog loved. Host supplied great information regarding access and the surrounding attractions and eats. Very close and easy beach access. Highly, highly recommend this property for an amazing beach getaway.

We owned a home in Sea Isle for 10 years before we sold…now we come back every year and rent …this was our first time to rent Copper Top, and will not be our last! Beautiful house!!

We have our grandsons every summer for a week. This was the best house we have rented in 10 years! Great location and everything in the house was awesome!! Our only request would be that the homeowner provide a key to the boat launch in the neighborhood marina as a convenience for their guests.

Nice House, would stay again

We really enjoyed our stay at Copper Top. With just a few things we would have given it 5 stars. Providing things like more than one roll of paper towels, more than one towel per person, and beach towels would go a long way. We also didn’t get to use the downstairs bar/AC area because it smelled like lighter fluid.

We all had a wonderful time. Beautiful home, very easy to communicate with management company. Very responsive and always very quick and helpful! Neighbors were all great around the home and we loved the location. Feedback: the bottom space was super useful because so hot outside but did all feel it was a missed opportunity to add more activities . Also felt should be listed as 2 and half bath as not 3 full bathrooms. Would absolutely stay again.

We Enjoyed Our Stay at Copper Top

We stayed at Copper Top with my family of 4, parents, and sister. Overall, we love the home. The access to the beach an easy short drive. The playground in the community was great to take our girls to in the evenings after dinner. The large kitchen and stove made it easy to prepare and cook meals for the family everyday. The management company responds to text promptly. My only complaint was the lack of amenities at the home. We ran out of paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags and had to buy more during our stay. However, overall, we loved it and would come back!

Relaxing

We really enjoyed the Copper Top property. It was clean, well maintained and felt safe. The property has cameras outside, a fenced yard, outdoor hose to remove sand, and plenty of outdoor space to play games, run around and cook out. The inside was comfy, well furnished and had the necessities to cook enjoyable family meals. It is close to the beach, but not so close that noise, neighbors or lights will bother you. All the beds were comfortable, had nice linens, and there were plenty of TV's. to fall asleep to. If you are going to stay for a longer period of time purchase or bring the items on the list furnished by the company. The list was very helpful. We would also suggest bringing extra bath towels and pot holders. That oven is great, but the pot holders can't handle the heat from the dishes coming out of it. The only suggestions we would make is to have more kitchen towels, laundry soap for more than one load, a later checkout time, and some beach items for families to use. That may come with time like the other properties nearby. Overall a great property and experience. Very easy booking, checking in and out process. We highly recommend Gary Greene properties and would stay there again.

The house was great!!! Beautiful, very clean. Area was quiet. Nearby beach access available. Only down side, brought our dog- always cleaned up after him - unfortunately can’t say the same for those there before us.

New, clean and spacious home

We enjoyed our time at Coppertop. Unfortunately, we had to reschedule our original dates because one of our children became sick. We were able to switch dates (but did have a pay a fee for this). The home was in great shape- clean and well-maintained. The only issue was the dishwasher rack which falls off and we could not find a scoop to remove ashes from the grill. Overall, we had a great time and hope to return someday!

Beautiful home

Loved this house and it’s location! Will definitely book this house again in the future. We were not a huge fan of all the security cameras and the rules are pretty strict but I would assume that’s pretty stand for the homes in this neighborhood and rental provider.

Beautiful Galveston Getaway

The property was very clean and beautiful. The distance to the beach was so close. We couldn't have enjoyed this house more as a family! We grilled outside and cooked in the gorgeous kitchen, all while being able to hang out at the same time. The 3 king size beds in all the rooms was much appreciated. My kids and dog loved running around the spacious yard. We will be staying here again when we come back to Galveston!

Great house

I have nothing but good things to say about this immaculate house. The balconies are great, the location is great, and it’s on a double lot which makes it very roomy outside. It is pet friendly which is another bonus. Be sure to bring extra towels if you need them because you get one per person. We rented a golf cart to go back-and-forth from the beach. There is public access close so we could have driven too. Great time.
